La limpieza no es la mejor, la llave de acceso a la habitación no funcionaba bien, debía intentarse en repetidas oportunidades hasta que la lectora de la tarjeta funcionara, los caminos son de piedra con muchas irregularidades y en pendiente, lo que hace muy complicado mover los coches de bebes o sillas de ruedas, la comida buena pero sin sal, el servicio bueno, la amabilidad bueno, la piscina limpia y temperada, los horarios de algunos servicios como la zona de heladería es muy reducido, a pesar de ser un hotel supuestamente todo incluido, los mosos restringen la cantidad de bebidas por persona, indicaron que solo podían entregar dos vasos de bebidas por persona, no me ha pasado algo similar antes en otras cadenas de fuera del país todo incluido, el restaurante junto a la piscina de snaks no quiso brindarnos servicio si no estábamos sentados en una mesa, a pesar que las mesas estaban todas ocupadas, debimos esperar 30 minutos con 3 niños con hambre porque no nos atendían si no teníamos mesa, parte de las áreas verdes están descuidadas, en términos generales, no es coherente el monto de cobro vs. el servicio que se presta, no se recomienda para familia con niños, personas mayores o con dificultades de movilidad o sillas de ruedas,

Pesima experiencia, de negaron a brindarme asistencia a pesar de tener 3 hijos, 2 de ellos infantes, querian cobrarme para que mi mama pudiera entrar a ayudar. Cero empatia y nada de meaculpa. Encima soy socia del programa vacacional y multivaciines decamerom tampoco hace nada. No lo recomiendo hay mejores hoteles que si se preocupan por que un cliente quede satisfecho.

We were very dissappointed . We were supposed to be there from 1/6 thru 1/8 we checked out a day early. The place is deteriorated. Also dissappointed with the quality and variety of the food . The value was not there for what be pay. I went to el Pueblo years ago when it was just el Pueblo . I remember how beautiful it was , how well maintained. The food was delicious . The staff was very nice and did their best.

La movilidad para trasladar a los a sus habitaciones son un desastre, los asientos están rotos y descuidados, el servicio todo incluido debe mejorar, el ceviche no tienen buen sabor, la habitación 560 le rompieron la luna al instalar la cama y no vinieron a cambiar pese haberles dicho, la TV es muy pequeña, las instalaciones deben darle mantenimiento veredas rotas. Y el personal debe ser atento y amable (creo q se debe a falta de capacitación). Gracias

My relax time
Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault)
Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but

The only think that I did't like was that you can't make dinner reservations at check in because the all the reservations are sold out by that point. It would be great if that was offered at the RSVP point.

Como experiencia completa, es muy bueno, tiene muchas opciones y no te aburres en la estadía. La distribución de las habitaciones y cómo está organizado simula un pueblo pequeño y se siente acogedor, muy buena atención y el personal muy servicial. Lo que NO me gustó para nada y fue la peor experiencia, fueron las habitaciones que nos dieron. Es lamentable que te muestren fotos de habitaciones impecables cuando te dan habitaciones que les falta mantenimiento, dejo fotos a continuación: La primera foto es lo que prometieron (y usan en sus portadas). A partir de la 2da en adelante es lo que me tocó en realidad.
