Osma by Wynwood House

Location, apartment and price are a good value for exploring barranco.

I have never dealt with worst company in my life. Starting from the fact that the apartments are very basic, not even close to be luxorious, they don’t reply to your messages and they have charged me twice for the bookings that never happened. I have been waiting 2 months to get a refund and had to chase them for that. I have booked 3 days in Barranco with idea of using the pool, but when I arrived no one spoke English and I was informed that pool is booked for next 2 days. If I want to make a booking for last day I need to call at 5 am to book it for 2h only. They ruined my holidays, I have been looking forward to few days of rest after long travel, but I was left with disappointment and no help from anyone.

This is the first time I've written a review on *******, but felt inclined to warn others who may be considering booking Wynnwood House Osma. The listing says that this property has laundry services/facility, which is one of the reasons why I booked here because after hiking for two weeks in the mountains, I needed fresh, clean clothes. When I chatted with staff on Whatsup about this, they said there's no laundry service nor did they feel comfortable recommending a place. Their words. Okay...not helpful. Then the unit itself had sticky floors because of the humidity. There's no air conditioning or even a fan, so the only way we could cool down was to leave the windows open. However, with windows open all night, we heard several residents talking, partying, playing music at all hours of the day, including at 4am. Apparently, there's no rules on quiet hours. There were also small bugs crawling on the kitchen counters and bathroom walls. When we were checking out, we had a late flight, so I asked the staff if they could hold our bags until we departed for the airport. They responded that due to security reasons they couldn't do this even though there's a 24-hour front desk person. Again, not helpful at all. I'll never book here again.

I like the apartment and all its rooms. I had a desk to do my work, read, and write. The kitchen had all the items to cook a nice meal. The location is excellent! Thank you!
