¡Este hotel es una completa estafa dirigida a sus huéspedes! Tengo todas las pruebas con fotos y videos. La habitación no se parecía en nada a las imágenes, sin embargo, el propietario exigía un pago extra. Cuando contacté a Ctrip, ¡afirmaron que era una tarifa de mejora! Ya había pagado la tarifa de la habitación en línea, ¡pero exigieron $30 USD adicionales! La actitud del propietario era arrogante y grosera, insistiendo en el pago en efectivo. El hotel estaba sucio, oscuro y tenía un aislamiento acústico deficiente. Incluso hubo peleas entre el propietario y otros huéspedes por la noche. Me fui temprano. ¡Espero que la plataforma tome medidas estrictas contra este hotel!

I had to cancel the reservation and look for a different hotel because they left my father waiting to open the door of the building for 3 hours. My father had his heart medication inside and had to call the police and fire fighters to let him in. When he got in, he picked up his bags and left. Something to mention, there is no reception personnel on site, they lock the front door, the shared bathroom door has no lock so anyone can open while you are using it, I've called ******* to get a refund but they are still waiting for the Manager of the hotel to respond.

Hice reserva y pagué por una habitación matrimonial llegando de madrugada día 04/dic/24 y no me abrieron la puerta y nos dejaron en la calle, luego contestaron WhatsApp diciendo q el check in era a las 10.30 am y q además no habia habitacion disponible, increíble, q mal servicio, no les importa la seguridad del pasajero siendo adultos mayores nosotros y mala administración. Les pondría cero pero no hay la opción.
