Utrolig fint hotell, god Service, rene rom, god frokost og jeg likte godt at frokost tidene var frem til 11:00 i helgene.
Jeg hadde valgt det igjen om jeg skal ha hotell i Lillestrøm.

Gammelt hotell.
Hotellet er ganske slitt, døren til rommet måtte nesten "sparkes opp" og smelles hardt igjen. En oppussing av Hotellet hadde nok vært på sin plass.

Varmt på rommet, og dårlig luft på hele hotellet - ingen aircondition. Frokost under middels. Hyggelige folk i resepsjon trekker opp, men hotell-bygningen er gammel og umoderne

Mye mangler
En del småfeil med rommet.
Søppel under seng. Gått et lys på badet. Reiseseng som var delvis knekt. Ikke lagt inn nok håndduker på badet. Fikk ordnet dette raskt, og ble lovet kompensasjon for bryet av resepsjonist, men har enda ikke hørt noe fra hotellet. Annet å bemerke seg er at bagasjebrettet holder på å løsne fra veggen, dusjhodet kunne vært byttet ut. Manglende stoppere på vindu, skummelt med barn på rommet som kan lene seg ut. Stoler på rommet som er synlig skitne.
Håper på å høre fra hotellsjef.
