Great location but hotel is older and a little run down. Bed was not comfortable, you sinked into the mattress where you’re lying. Breakfast was good.

Proximity to train station, ample parking space, western breakfast provided. The facilities are a bit old and clean, this small city once hosted the Winter Olympics, the facilities and museums are worth seeing.

Good building in Lillehammer center with very polite personnel free wi-fi and free parking. Very good breakfast plus free croissants and coffee in very comfortable fireplace hall. But the rooms really need to be refurnish. Very old furniture seems from Olympic games 1994. Need additional sockets and air conditioning

We actually moved to this hotel after spending a night in a different hotel, which has "Hotel & Hostel" in its name, but due to the price and the TripAdvisor reviews, we expected it to be much better than it was. First Hotel Breiseth, on the other hand, was almost the same price, but provide a completely different atmosphere, positive attitude and room quality. The staff was VERY friendly and warm, and provided us answers to all our questions. The location is GREAT, close to the train stain, the bus terminals and the main streets. The breakfast food was also great. Like anywhere else in Norway, the Vegan options are still very limited for those who require it, but the Vegetarian options are very good. One recommendation for improvement was to provide a free ticket to the shuttle bus , that takes you to the ski resort of Hafjell. Turns out it was available in the past, and the other hotel/hostel provides it still.

Points + Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié surtout en salé comme partout en Norvège. L'emplacement de l'hôtel en cœur de ville est appréciable pour y faire un petit tour et le parking gratuit un plus. Points - ou à améliorer La literie est un peu trop molle à notre goût. Ce qui nous a le plus gêné, c'est l'infernal bruit de la ventilation centrale, comme souvent dans ce type d'hôtel ancien.
