Hôtel très bien situé, accueil chaleureux les plus : son emplacement dans la zone piétonne, son parking privé assez rare dans le centre chambre et lit confortable, un petit déjeuner bien pourvu Les moins:l abscence d ascenseur, et le bruit notamment venant de la rue le matin

Superbe hôtel, très bien situé dans le centre de Lille, à deux pas de la grande place. Personnel très accueillant, nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre très lumineuse et spacieuse avec une belle vue. Petit déjeuner agréable, douche à l'italienne, nous sommes ravis et nous avons tellement bien dormi !!! Attention, pas accessible aux PMR car escaliers uniquement.

Très bien situé en plein centre, proche de la gare, de la grand place et du vieux Lille, très bon accueil, parking pratique, chambre calme. Pas très grande mais suffisamment pour une nuit

Hôtel centre ville três bien placé à recommander et petit déjeuner très varié et complet avec machine à café chocolat et Variétés de thé de qualité, différentes de certains hôtels, decoration soignée dans chaque chambre,cliente depuis plusieurs années

Très bas de gamme
Lumière qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de chauffage hormis un radiateur d’appoint sur roulettes qu’on doit brancher en arrivant (15C dans la chambre) et qui ne fonctionne plus dès qu’on quitte la chambre. Aucun radiateur dans la salle de bains. Pas de prise en compte des allergènes dans le petit déjeuner malgré la demande faite plusieurs jours avant. Donc payé pour rien. Personnel peu aimable.
