Chambre exiguë, ambiance lugubre. Chambre "refaite", l'ancien cohabite avec le neuf, rien pour accrocher sa serviette. Pas de télécommande pour la télévision, l'accueil ne répond pas au téléphone. Accueil tout juste aimable. Emplacement proche des gares mais environnement au abords de l'hôtel peu avenant avec des jeunes qui s'installent et fument à l'entrée.

Literie non changée et ménage non fait. Serviettes non changées. Tout laisse à penser à hôtel de passe.salle bain sale. Paillettes post fiesta au sol. Moquette non lessivée depuis Mitterrand. Petit déjeuner correct

Bien situé mais très difficile d'accès en voiture, une dépose rapide des bagages étant néanmoins possible ; ascenseur ridiculement étroit ; dans la chambre, espace plus que restreint ; un comble : pas de balayette dans les toilettes ! Ne mérite vraiment pas ses trois étoiles.

Hôtel bien situer entre le vieux Lille et Euralille. Chambre propre. Le réceptionniste du soir était agréable en revanche celui de jour était impoli. Pas de bonjour, regarde extrêmement mal. Beaucoup de délinquance devant la porte de l’hôtel. Hôtel mal isolé.

Hôtel bien placer par rapport à la gare de Lille Flandres et du centre ville mais et malheureusement la chambre où j’ai logé est dans un peu vétuste et mérite une rénovation : - au niveau de la salle de bain joints de carrelage vieillissants, lavabo qui devait être blanc à l’origine, sèche cheveux en partie HS. - au niveau de la chambre, la moquette est dans un triste état, la literie…, porte du placard abîmée Sinon concernant le bruit ma chambre donnant côté cour je n’ai pas trop subit le bruit extérieur mais au niveau de l’accueil, le personnel de nuit met de la musique extrêmement fort qui empêche de dormir Je n’ai pas encore essayé le petit déjeuner mais je crains un peu le résultat. Bref un hôtel bien placé géographiquement à éviter sauf si vous n’êtes pas regardant sur l’état et que le mode boite de nuit vous ravi.

Chambre double exiguë qui nécessite une bonne mise à jour, notamment la salle pas salle mais très abîmées (meubles cassés et bricolés …) très mauvaise isolation côté rue ! Alors pas de eut de circulation mais des cris incessants jusqu’à 3h00 du matin … Quartier qui n’a pas l’air très safe. Le petit déjeuner et franchement décevant, croissant dur à 7h00 ?! Pas une spécialité locale … Bref à éviter !
