Tout était parfait. L'accueil, la préparation de la suite, le confort de la chambre, notamment son sauna, la qualité de la , la propreté, le calme, le parking privé (payant mais vraiment top), et la proximité immédiate du Zénith de Lille (5 minutes à pied)

3 ème fois que nous séjournons dans ce petit paradis, cette fois-ci dans le triplex (appartement 101). Tout est beau, propre et accueillant! Les 3 chambre sont spacieuses, il manque juste 1 petit lavabo et son miroir dans la chambre du fond, mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler!! Bornes d'arcade, flipper, baby foot, billard, fléchettes,sauna, nous avons tout testé et apprécié! Mais le must est sans doute le jacuzzi!!! Les jets sont parfaits pour détendre après 1 concert ou 1 journée shopping 🥰🥰🥰. L'équipe est accueillante, réactive et aux petits soins! Merci Franck et la demoiselle de la réception pour tout 😘 C'est définitivement notre point de chute à Lille!

Top-notch services, from the welcome to the cleanliness with super comfortable bedding even though I'm coming out of acute sciatica, a sauna in the apartment and superb decoration with breakfast delivered to the room and a completely reasonable price and super well located in the city.

The apartment is above 5*. Absolutely stunning and it is also the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a while. The staff are beyond helpful too. However, it is missing little attention to detail. The door in the bedroom doesn’t open fully as the curtain pelmet stops it. The side of the sink in the toilet needs replacing as it’s discoloured. There was one 500ml bottle of water on arrival,given the cost per night I thought was a little mean.Also, only 6 coffee pods which meant we were allowed one coffee per day. The washing up liquid and salt were practically empty. You can only have breakfast delivered Monday-Friday and the restaurant next door closes at 8pm… I would though stay again

Établissement cosy avec un emplacement idéal proche de du centre mais sans en subir les inconvénients. La literie est excellente ainsi que la suite (301) avec son sauna qui procure un bien être appréciable après 35kms de braderie!!!! Je recommande

bien place et facile d'acces , l'appartement 101 est fabuleux !!! un billard, un jaccuzy , des jeux acarde, une play station, une terasse avec barbucue et j'en oublie ! bref, y a tout pour passer un super moment, tout est propre et decoré avec gout, l'équipe AU 30 est au top, bref, je recommande ;)
