Séjour en famille pour les JO
Hôtel très bien situé, personnel prévenant et professionnel.
A noter que des travaux de rénovation étaient en cours, mais sans gêne particulière pour les clients.

Very Tired Rooms
The hotel is in a Great position in Lille
Rooms are clean and adequate but badly in need of modernising
I visit Lille on business but would not stay in this hotel again unless it was refurbished

Ibis rien d’exceptionnel Mais bien placé
Juste pour une nuit, vieille IBIS dans son jus. Rien d’exceptionnel mais le service de réception est charmant. Il fait une chaleur monstrueuse dans le hôtel et la chambre. La Clim ne fonctionne pas très bien. Vieillot ! Bruyant car rue pavée et les voitures passent. Les voisins d’en face musique à fond et chantent à la fenêtre … bref bien pour une nuit à ce prix là !

Hôtel bien placé et personnel très agréable.
Couchage très inconfortable matelas qui glisse et alaise bruyante et trop grande.
Climatisation très bruyante
Entrée dans la douche trop étroite.
Odeur nauséabonde à l'accueil
Ménage journalier un peu rapide.
Hôtel en travaux très peu dérangeant
Dans l'ensemble bon séjour
Déjeuner copieux et très bon.

Hôtel très bien situé
Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du vieux Lille et de la grande place. Merci à Marine pour son accueil, elle est très sympathique et serviable. Nous étions au 3ème étage, chambre et salle de bain de taille normale, matelas un peu trop ferme pour nous, le
petit sur-matelas ne sert pas à grand chose. Il manque des prises de courant au niveau des tables de chevet, climatisation en service. Le petit déjeuner, sucré ou salé se prend au 4 ème étage.

hotel bien situé mais vieillot
losque nous arrivons l acceuil et l entrée de l hotel est tres bien mais nous avons ete tres déçu de la chambre n° 210 .tres vetuste dans l ensemble .rideau avec pleins de trous et manque des crochets salle de bain vraiment vieillotte et délabrée .odeur tres desagréable .tres bruyant en etage .rien a voire avec les photos lorsque nous reservons .
C est dommage l hotel est vraiment bien situé.
