The hygiene is poor. The staff seemed very warm and polite, but when something went wrong, it turned out to be fake politeness and hypocrisy.

The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, not far from the train station, all within walking distance. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are also very close. The facilities in the room are quite new, and simple meals can be made. I originally booked for 4 days, but I extended it for another 3 days. It is the best choice for family travel.

I love this hotel so much. It is very large, similar to an apartment. It has a kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and many cabinets. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Lille train station. It is also not far from the old town of Lille. It takes only two hours to walk around and come back. The location is very close to the city center. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Although it is a sofa bed, everything is very reasonable.
