Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais

A pair of children slept in the living room and could not sleep all night. Mosquitoes kept flying in from the window for four nights. A total of more than 20 mosquito bites were nailed; the hair dryer suddenly burned and produced a flame, followed by a burning smell. There was no backup equipment provided at the front desk. It was the worst accommodation experience in history. The most annoying thing is that one of the staff members is tall and thin, not a young man, his name is Patrick. He has an extremely bad attitude. He does not try to solve the problem and keeps avoiding solving the problem. This is what I have encountered in many European accommodation experiences. Super séjour à l’Appart’Hôtel Grand Palais ! L’appartement était spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. J’ai adoré le confort de la literie et la tranquillité des lieux. Le personnel a été vraiment sympathique et serviable tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est top, à deux pas du métro et proche du centre de Lille. Un vrai bon plan pour un séjour confortable et pratique — je reviendrai avec plaisir !
