The location is good, but the hygiene is not very good. There were mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room, and we also found spiders later😢The bathroom design is very strange, there is no bath screen or shower curtain to separate dry and wet areas. I have booked many hotels on the trip.com platform, and this is the one with the worst experience. In addition, two hotel platforms in a row did not notify the hotel of opening a sofa bed according to the reservation remark. The hotel was not prepared at all. Fortunately, the hotel acted quickly and only delayed about 15 minutes. It may seem like a small matter, but the experience is real. Difference.

Gr8 location, good value, excellent staff.
Very nice, friendly hotel, comfy spacious room, nice shower, very good value. Great location between main 2 train stations, the beautiful main squares, restaurants, bars and shops.
24/7 parking 200 yards from hotel.

Belle surprise. Personnel sympathique et aux petits soins, belle chambre au calme (la mienne donnait sur l'arriere-cour), petit dejeuner exceptionnel, tout ca à 200m de la gare Lille Flandres.
Tout petit bémol: le matelas n'était pas assez ferme à mon gout, mais c'est totalement subjectif

Very central and comfortable boutique hotel
A very central nice small boutique hotel.Very friendly service. Rooms nicely decorated. Elevator was making noise and was a bit scary due to that. Very good breakfast; focus on quality instead of quantity was much appreciated. Will return!

Séjour plutôt sympathique, sauf pour le parking l’hôtel ne compte que trois place nous avons tourné 45 min pour trouver un parking qui ne soit pas complet (1re wk de dec) pour la maudite somme de 30€
