The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels!
* Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels.
*They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!

Hôtel en centre ville, facile d'accès depuis la gare. Les chambres sont agréables, et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est très complet (sucré/salé) et bon. Quelques sourires du personnel en plus seraient parfaits ! Très bon séjour, je recommande vivement
