The service was very good, but the room didn't have an air conditioner, only a fan. It wasn't too hot, which was good, but it was sometimes uncomfortable during the day or when sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's super centrally located, next to the train station and Euralille. Parking is easy there, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, we arrived on a very hot day, as the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. We were given a fan, though. Beautiful view from the top floor.

The room, while small, was comfortable and the soundproofing was decent. Overall, it was a good stay.
It's close to the train station and the metro. It's a convenient place to stay for both sightseeing and business trips in Lille. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and offers English-speaking staff.

Dit hotel heeft aardig personeel maar een verschrikkelijke manager. Wij hadden per ongeluk een verkeerde boeking gemaakt, aan de balie wilde men ons wel helpen maar dit onvriendelijke sujet zag zijn kans schoon en smeerde ons tegen een hogere prijs dan die van de boeking een benauwd kamertje aan ter grootte van een bezemkast. Voor het ontbijt werd ook nog meer in rekening gebracht dan vooraf aangegeven. Hier loopt een uitzuiger de lakens uit te delen, hou daar rekening mee als u hier gaat boeken en doe dat dan zeker niet last minute.

Fantastic location next to station and a short walk to the Eurostar. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, even providing an additional fan, due to it being particularly hot one evening. The only down side is that the rooms are not air conditioned. Excellent value for money and very clean rooms and good quality bedding/laundry. Would definitely recommend.
