The room is small, the location is very good, just across the bridge from Lille Europe Station, next to a large shopping mall with Carrefour. I paid the city tax on the first day of check-in, and was asked about it by the front desk again when I checked out on the second day. Although I didn't pay it in the end, I felt that there were some minor problems with the management.

We have been visiting this hotel for 6 or 7 years, twice a year. Always impeccable with the best of parking at an attractive price
The reception staff are always polite and attentive, especially the night team. For us 9/10

Very close to the train stations, clean and pleasant. Obviously the location is the essential criterion but the quality of the hotel is quite reasonable.
