Hotel che avrebbe bisogno di migliorie, il vero punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio e la spiaggia riservata. La colazione ok, ma nessuno parla italiano. In compenso il receptionist notturno parla anche spagnolo, è interessante chiacchierare con una persona con così tanta esperienza attorno al mondo… Non è da tutti. Ok anche alle sue colleghe ottimo PET friendly qualità, prezzo ok ci torneremo anche se Mauro o Maurizio probabilmente non ci sarà. Ma nel complesso esperienza positiva

Hotel datato anni 80 posizione perfetta va bene piacevole conoscenza portiere notturno pieno di esperienza e conoscenza mondo abbiamo parlato a lungo senza supponenza si vede che ha notevole bagaglio di viaggi e paesi quindi buona esperienza e vacanza il che è un plus

La camera peggiore dove io abbia soggiornato in 30 anni di vita: letto a una piazza e mezzo incastrato in un angolo della stanza. Piatto doccia in bagno inesistente, lo sbroffino dava direttamente su tutto l’intero bagno quindi in coppia era impossibile sedersi sul water mentre l’altro faceva la doccia. Personale pulziie e “ristorante” che non parla mezza parola italiana, annuiscono e dicono solamente di sì. Pulizia inguardabile. Servizio bici per il week end dove soggiornavo io inesistente. Nota positiva la posizione fronte mare.

normalmente in base a quello che si paga, non si pretende ma qui ci sarebbe da riguardare tutto: 1 la cosa più grave è che ti fanno pagare in anticipo proprio per le mancanze sotto elencate, infatti la hall era piena di clienti che si lamentavano e chiedevano il risarcimento. 2 PORTA COMUNICANTE TRA CAMERE dove si sente tutto, persino il rumore delle serrature di quando chiudi le porte. 3 parcheggi a pagamento (7 euro al giorno) dove per accedervi bisogna attraversare il viale pedonale. 4 volevano farci pagare anche il soggiorno per un bambino di soli TRE mesi. 5 ascensore MOLTO piccolo dove non passa il passeggino. 6 docce che perdono acqua con rischio di scivolare. 7 manca il bidet. 8 donne delle pulizie scorbutiche e invadenti. 9 non cambiano asciugamani e pulizia molto scarsa. 10 TV non funzionante. 11 arredamento molto vecchio e di scarsa qualità, (neanche la testata del letto), mattonelle tanto sporche da parere unte. Hotel da tre stelle da riguardare. Unico dispiace per le ragazze della reception che si prendono le lamentele e non c'entrano nulla perché il direttore chissà dov'è!

Esperienza terribile mai più in questo cosiddetto Hotel.. Servizio inesistente, personale imbarazzante e incompetente... Problemi multipli in camera : doccia rotta, tapparelle inutilizzabili.. Nonostante le segnalazioni ti prendono per i fondelli dicendo che funziona tutto... RIPETO MAI PIÙ.. E a Lignano ne ho passati diversi, mai successa un'esperienza così negativa.. Statene alla larga..

La stanza era senza riscaldamento molto fredda, abbiamo chiesto in reception se ci fornivano qualcosa x scaldare ci hanno dato delle coperte ma comunque di notte abbiamo avuto lo stesso freddo. Bagno piccolo e mobilio della camera vecchio. Unica nota positiva il personale della colazione gentile e attento.

Hotel senza riscaldamento, stanza con 13 gradi e nonostante avessimo prenotato con anticipo non si sono degnati di avvisare della problematica….bagno indecente, senza bidet e doccia millimetrica….letto “matrimoniale “ composto da 2 letti singoli scomodissimi…coperta della protezione civile….abbiamo fatto colazione con le giacche a vento !!! Personale assolutamente inadeguato, servizio al cliente scandaloso. Caffè espresso self service dalle macchinette nelle tazze del cappuccino !!!

Camera matrimoniale piccolissima, era una singola con un letto matrimoniale che siccome troppo grande per la camera è stato posizionato con la testata verso il balcone. Temperatura della stanza a 16 gradi, ho preso il raffreddore. Capisco il periodo che non era caldo ma se non sei attrezzato con un riscaldamento non aprire e aspetta l'estate x guadagnare. Si è rotta la doccia mentre era in uso ed è stata aggiustata dopo circa 9 ore. Mobilio vecchio e rovinato. Non consiglio. Accoglienza non professionale.
