Green Village Eco Resort

The service level of staff throughout the hotel is uneven. In addition, it was too cold at night. Only a thin sheet could be used to cover it. The pillow cores were all broken into pieces, which was completely inconsistent with the hotel price. I checked out early.

Bellissimo resort, con giardini curatissimi e personale eccezionale, a partire dalla reception , camerieri e tutti. Sempre un sorriso ed un buongiorno. Bravi. Viaggiando molto in hotel 4 stelle, posso consigliare alcune opportunità(secondo il mio personalissimo parere) di miglioramento : La temperatura della piscina è troppo fredda, bisognerebbe scaldare un poco l'acqua nei periodi meno caldi. I copriletto marrone scuro, nel 2024 non si possono proprio vedere. Colazione migliorabile,non ho trovato la ricotta fresca(c'è sempre), acqua non in bottiglia ma dal dispencer, macchina per spremuta di arance solo una(con molta genta si crea una lunga coda). Nel complesso Promosso!

Apartments sind schön gross, mit grossen Betten, 2 WC und Heizung. Die Staunen und Pool mit Warmwasser retten jeden Urlaub auch wenn es mal regnet. Gut geeignet für Kinder mit Kinderbecken, Zoo in der Nähe, flacher Strand und Spielplatz auf den Gelände.

I don't like the first breakfast. It's not funny. The Café was not good.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, we weren't as impressed this time. The service has unfortunately gone downhill and the quality of the dinner has also gone downhill. The cleanliness of the apartment isn't worth 4 stars, as there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, etc. We won't be going here again.

It is a beautiful resort surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from the center and the beach, which are easily reachable both by car and via the cycle path. The outdoor parking is very spacious but there is also a convenient garage that allows you to keep your car cool and protected from possible hail. The pool area is very large and well maintained, with a relaxation area and gym. We didn't use it much because we preferred to go to the beach. The two sunbeds and umbrella included in the price are truly a nice convenience. Our apartment was large and bright, with a well-stocked kitchenette and two beautiful terraces. Unfortunately we were unable to use one due to the presence of many wasps in the attic. On the other side there was a small nest which was promptly removed as soon as we reported it. We found the mosquito nets placed on the bedroom and bathroom windows to be an excellent solution. In our opinion, the cleanliness of the room was not impeccable, both upon arrival and during the stay. But, over the course of the week, we saw that there were only two people cleaning all the apartments on our "avenue", so it would have been really impossible for them to do more in one day. We took advantage of the half board and had a very good time. The staff in the dining room, as well as all the staff within the structure, were very helpful, kind and attentive to various requests. Huge choice of dishes every evening, both at the buffet and for first and second courses. The breakfast buffet is also very rich and refined. A further positive note is the fact that there are gluten-free alternatives, which is not always a given. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we recommend the property.

We stayed for 5 days in this resort and as I read in other reviews I confirm many pros and some cons PROS: absolutely top family harmony villa with modern and functional furniture, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bathrooms Fantastic swimming pools and even if in the spa area there was some children were not at all annoying (maybe we were lucky) Varied and fresh breakfast Top bike service, we took them for 2 days and we really enjoyed going to Bibione with the comfortable X River service CONS: The mattresses were absolutely old and too soft and the wooden slats creaked. They put some toppers on it after we reported it but they didn't solve much. -Slippery shower tray -Mosquitoes are killer but they are typical of the area, I imagine they do regular disinfestation -Pool bar poorly stocked Overall I really liked it and would recommend it

It is a beautiful structure: equipped with all comforts. We stayed in the apartment, we took advantage of the swimming pool, the spa and the beach, with an umbrella always in the front row. But we booked in February, to have the best price guaranteed, and the week we were on holiday we realized that the prices on the site were much lower than the offer we had purchased. So at the end of the stay we paid the same price for a week in June (booked in February) as if we had booked in June. The justification they gave us: "they are last minute offers", which is a contradiction, given that they were valid for at least another two months. We won't be back again. Also because, comparing ourselves with other families present, we discovered that they too were victims of the same game, even booking in December of the previous year. A shame, especially because the structure is managed by an agency with many years of experience - the Europe Tourist Group, so it wasn't a mistake, but a clear strategy to make money incorrectly.
