Vacanza di 2 settimane io e mio figlio. Abbiamo trovato Camere piccole, cucina pessima, servizio piuttosto scadente. Buona posizione rispetto al mare e al centro pedonale, arredamento delle camere minimale ma abbastanza nuovo. Non credo ci torneremo

War zum 4. Mal in diesem Hotel und definitiv zum letzten Mal. Frühstück: stark eingetrocknetes Gemüse, Käse und Wurst, labbrige, überreife Melone, stark gewässerte Fruchtsäfte. Zimmer: klein aber sauber Service: nicht vorhanden Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wenn man über *********** bucht, bekommt man im Hotel noch zusätzlichen wie Parkplatz, Kurtaxe verrechnet, so dass man auf jeden Fall den Preis bezahlt den man ohne *********** bezahlt hätte. Strand ist zwar 200m entfernt, ABER der Strandabschnitt für die Hotelgäste ist mindestens 500m entfernt. Am Strand bekommt man in den hintersten Reihen einen Platz, Spielen am Meer mit deinem Kind wird einem untersagt. Nachdem das Hotel die Missstände nicht klären konnte und ich insgesamt 3 km hin und her laufen musste mit Kind und Badesachen, haben wir fluchtartig das Hotel verlassen. Sehr freche Rezeptionistin, die der Meinung ist alles getan zu haben. Anhand der Bewertungen sieht man wie schlecht das Hotel im letzten Jahr geworden ist. Das Hotel weigert sich, die bezahlten Kosten zurück zu erstatten, daher freue ich mich besonders eine sehr gute Rechtschutzversicherung zu haben, denn das Hotel glaubt tatsächlich, mit schlechter? Bzw. Nicht vorhandener Leistung und hohen Stornogebühren Geldeinnahmen zu haben.. Wir sind nun in einem sehr schönen, freundlichen 4-Stern Hotel untergekommen und können endlich unseren verdienten Urlaub genießen.

Abbiamo soggiornato un anno fa con i nostri 2 cagnolini,in periodo fuori stagione.Non male come posto,vi abbiamo anche pubblicizzato un po,ma per dare 5 stelle,farei un attimo più attenzione a curare certi dettagli: *I cuscini,un po' troppo bassi,almeno per noi: *Cambiate le coperte dei letti; *Accertatevi che le tapparelle delle terrazze siano sempre funzionanti,non come è capitato a noi che ci siamo scordati di segnalarvelo, svegliandoci ogni giorno per la luce esterna ; *Scegliete una miscela più buona di caffè,per il reparto ristorazione,hausbrandt è abbastanza scadente; *Cercate,ma realmente di garantire la sorveglianza notturna alla reception 24h,come sostenere di fare,oltre a fare più attenzione a chi usa l'ascensore esterno,...perché potrebbe sfruttarlo anche un estraneo considerando non si vede chi ci sale....e lo dico perché a noi e capitato, che in più circostanze notturne,dove ci siamo visti obbligati a dover scendere,In reception e nei paraggi,non c'era nessuno a sorvegliare; *Consigliate alle famiglie che hanno bambini,più o meno grandi,di fare piano e di non mettersi a giocare lungo i corridoi delle camere dalle 22 in poi...o di divertirsi a molestare i cani di qualche altro cliente vicino,per indurlo ad abbaiare; *Anticipate prima che,portando animali al seguito,in caso di "inconvenienti",si deve pagare una cauzione di 60€ oltre a ciò che uno già spende...solo per correttezza. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, mit neuen Möbeln, großem Safe für Kamera und Laptop, war sauber und mit 2 Bettdecken, mehreren Steckdosen und Wäscheständer ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel in 2ter Reihe ist, konnte man vom Balkon das Meer und Strand zwischen den Bäumen sehen. Der Fahrradverleih war kostenlos, ebenso die Parkplätze beim Hotel. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir sehr früh anreisten, konnten wir für 8€ das Frühstückbuffet nutzen und das Zimmer war bereits zu Mittag verfügbar. Für ein 3* Hotel, war das Frühstückbuffet durchaus in Ordnung, der Kaffee/Cappuccino aus dem Automaten absolut trinkbar (Ist ja nicht gerade immer der Fall) und es gab auch Bacon and Eggs. Ein Toaster wäre eventuell noch nett. Croissants, Kuchen, Kekse, Müsli, Obst und Joghurt waren verfügbar. Vom Hotel ist man in 2-3 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone.
