We stayed one night at this family-run hotel, I have to say very friendly and competent staff, spacious rooms with attention to detail, king-size buffet breakfast feast of croissants stuffed with pistachio, jam, cream, chocolate, donut and homemade cakes. skilled hands of the owner's wife. In the salty part all Italian products, sausages and cheeses, eggs, etc., the price is normal.

The staff made us feel at home, combining kindness and professionalism. The room basic and clean. A note of credit goes to the well-assorted and quality breakfast. Not to overshadow the covered parking space. We will definitely be back!

quiet room despite being located on the street on the second floor, comfortable clean with a small but very enjoyable balcony. welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, private parking in the room, plus a stone's throw from the sea and the center but in a quiet area. we had a really great time, too bad that for work we could not stay a few more days highly recommended

Excellent 3-star hotel in Lignano Pineta. I stayed for 2 nights and the service and courtesy of the owner were impeccable. Super abundant and varied breakfast. The location is great for getting to the beach. Prices absolutely in line with the service offered.

Buona la colazione, gli spazi e la tranquillità.. comodo al mare, non troppo distante anche dai minimarket. efficente anche il servizio e la pulizia delle stanze! Sia per coppie che single o famiglie. Propietario simpatico e disponibile. Luca

Stanze piccole,pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Molto carino e vivibile il balcone. Personale garbatissimo e attento anche ai piccoli dettagli. Ottima la prima colazione, molto varia e squisite le torte fatte in casa. É la struttura ideale per viaggiare con il proprio cane.

Hotel in buona posizione a Lignano Pineta, tranquillo,molto pulito e accogliente. Fiore all'occhiello la colazione veramente super, sia dolce che salata. I proprietari molto, molto gentili.......consigliatissssimo

Hotel ben organizzato e dotato di parcheggio riservato per ogni camera, ambiente pulito e familiare: nota speciale merita la colazione 'superlativa' (dolce e salato), raramente trovata in precedenza in altre strutture

Abbiamo soggiornato per sole due notti 14-15 agosto, abbiamo trovato stanze pulite e curate. Colazione ottima con vari tipi di brioche e varie torte deliziose fatte "in casa"! Il titolare molto professionale é stato davvero gentile... tant'é che ci ha permesso di lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio libero oltre il check out in modo da poterci godere l'intera giornata al mare senza il pensiero di cercare altro parcheggio. Consigliato senza alcun dubbio!!
