Hotel molto carino, sia esternamente che per la posizione, camere ben curate e buona pulizia. Il personale e i titolari sono gentili e disponibili. Anche la colazione ha superato le nostre aspettative, direi che se avremo occasione di tornare a Lignano verremo ancora qui.

Man hat herumgeeiert weil wir 2 Zimmerschlüssel wollten.
Meine Freundin hatte einen Unfall in der Anlage und wir mußten 2Tage früher abreisen.
Keine Erstattung der unverbrauchten Tage, aber man hat wieder herumgeeiert wegen der Erstattung der Kaution für die Schlüsselkarten, vor Abreise, obwohl wir um 3 Uhr früh bei nicht besetzter Rezeption fahren wollten.
Schade, sonst wirklich schönes Hotel, Frühstückbuffet gut.
Die Klimaanlage kann nix, da kommt es nur lau raus.

Ho provato a prenotare per il mese di agosto ma per fortuna non ci sono riuscita. Dire che il proprietario é un gran maleducato é dire poco, Se volete soggiornare in un ambiente accogliente e godere di una vacanza in serenità, a Lignano, andate altrove. Troverete sicuramente si meglio.

Personnel very polite and efficient. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Ideal for a short break. The building is quite old and the presence of children not respecting the rules in the swimming pool lower the quality of the experience. It might be probably better to visit during low season.
