I spent a night here as a stop at the Dolomites on my arrival to a motorcycle tour and was very happy: centraler can't live in the beautiful Lienz, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, The motorcycle got a free parking in the deep garage (for cars it costs about 10 euros) and breakfast I had worse in 4* houses: rhein eggs, fresh pressed orange juice and everything the heart wants! The room was simple and living furnished, the mattress was very comfortable and the style of the bathroom was more consistent with the taste of the 1980s, but everything was very clean and maintained. In the area of 200 m you can find a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. Given the offer, I feel the overnight price of about 65 euros in the single room is completely appropriate and will come here again and again with pleasure whenever possible!

Overall the stay was very nice. The staff was friendly and attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing I would mention is that it was quite hot in the room later in the day and evening until close to 23:00. I know these hotels are up in the mountains and should be fine with no air conditioning, but unfortunately it is getting hot and will only continue. In the absence of air conditioning it might be helpful to provide fans in the rooms. The breakfast was great and the pool and spa were wonderful. Plenty of parking and only 10 minutes from town center.

Im Rahmen einer Rundfahrt durch die Alpen, habe ich in diesem Hotel eine Nacht verbracht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception. Sehr zentrale Lage in Lienz. In benachbartem Gebäude befindet sich eine Tiefgarage mit Stellplätzen für die Fahrzeuge der Hotelgäste. Große und sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Bad groß und auch sehr sauber. Mir hat es gefallen, dass die Zimmertüren noch über ”normale” Schlösser verfügen. Von meinem Zimmer in einer der oberen Stockwerke hatte ich einen wunderbaren Blick über den vor dem Hotel liegenden Platz auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Nachtruhe war ungestört. Der Pool und die Sauna im Dachgeschoss haben mir sehr gefallen. Sowohl das Abendessen wie auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Leider muss ich zwei Punkte abziehen. Wir kamen pünktlich ( nach über 6 Stunden Anreise ) 16 Uhr im Hotel an und freuten uns darauf, endlich zur Ruhe zu kommen....schade das die Zimmer ( nicht nur unseres ) noch nicht fertig geputzt waren, dies zog sich dann auch über mehrere Tage hin, das Gäste ankamen und die Zimmer nicht fertig waren. Trotz Freigetränken an der Bar konnten wir das Zimmer dann endlich nach fast 3 Stunden Wartezeit beziehen, der erste Urlaubstag war somit gelaufen. Wir hatten das Zimmer für 7 Tage gebucht, laut Info sollte es aller 3 Tage gereinigt werden, leider erfolgte KEINE Reinigung, die schmutzigen Handtücher lagen herum, der Mülleimer ist übergelaufen, der Boden war verschmutzt. Die Sauna haben wir einmal besucht, aber es gibt dort zu wenig Liegen, so das nicht jeder Saunagast in den Genuß kommt, sich dort richtig zu entspannen. In unserem Zimmer fehlte uns eine 2. Sitzgelegenheit, es war nur ein Hocker für 2 Personen zum Sitzen da, ebenfalls habe ich einen Schrank vermisst, um die Kleidung ordentlich zu verstauen, da man für 2 Personen und 7 Tage Winterurlaub doch einige dabei hat. Sehr lobenswert die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das tolle Frühstück. Ebenfalls die gute Lage. Vielleicht sollte man einige Zimmer nicht belegen, falls nicht genügend Reinigungspersonal vor Ort ist.
