We booked the hotel and informed them 2 weeks in advance that we would arrive late d. 15 February we actually write that we expect to be there at 01.00 d. 16 February. We drive from Denmark and arrived precisely 01.00. The door was locked and no one has informed us about the key. We called the hotel and spoke with the owner. He was extremely angry because I disturbed his beauty sleep. I told him that we have been driving 11 hours from Denmark and already mentioned our late arrive. He told me he was sleeping and don’t want to open. He asked if it was my car on the Square if it was he told me there would be a market in the morning. So he could see my car but don’t want to help. This is the worth service I’ve ever had from a Hitel and I have stayed in a LOT !!!

Belle découverte, hôtel de 12 chambres dont l'accueil personnifié et sympathique, l'agréable conversation avec le propriétaire lors du petit-déjeuner font plus penser à une chambre d'hôtes. Très jolie chambre et salle de bain, vraiment esprit marocain. autres points forts: parking gratuit aux alentours et sa proximité avec le centre ville. Je le recommande vivement.

Sehr schönes Ambiete, großzügige Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Geschäftsführer. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, am Wochenende sogar kostenfrei. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe Hôte familial. Déco de rêve, on se croirait en vacances à Marrakech. Amabilité du patron et de son fils incroyable, sourires et services au top. Petit déjeuner plus que copieux! N'hésitez pas, c'est "The Place To Be"

Het was een fijn hotel qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. Hij helpt je daar waar je vragen hebt en alles is heel relaxed zoals je gewend bent in een boetiekhotel. De kamer was wat klein maar omdat we toch de hele dag weg waren, was het niet erg. De kamer was wél rustig en met een prettig uitzicht aan de achterkant. Het interieur is heel mooi, tenminste als je van Mediterrane kleuren en mozaiken houdt. De buurt is in ontwikkeling en doet wat verpauperd aan. Het is veel moderner, netter en prettiger over de brug 5 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel, maar hier staat tegenover dat het daarom wat goedkoper is. Het was wel veilig, ook voor de auto die buiten stond. Parkeren is hier gratis.

C'est un peu par hasard que nous avons choisis cet hôtel... mais ce faut une belle surprise. Décoration marocaine, hôtel intimiste, accueil très chaleureux, hôte attentif. Nous avons réservé une chambre confort et avons été placé gratuitement dans la gamme de chambre supérieur. Déjeuner copieux avec crêpes et thé marocain. A conseiller vivement si vous chercher à éviter les chaînes d'hôtel sans charme.

Nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir en couple pour passer le Week-end dans la cité ardente. L'accueil a été très soigné. L'espace d'accueil donne le ton...nous sommes bien dans un ryad marocains. Le soin apporté à la décoration fait écho à l'attention envers la clientèle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et raffinées. Les Jeux de lampes mettent en valeurs les éléments de déco importés du maroc. Dans la salle de bain, une douche italienne avec le nécessaire pour monsieur et madame. (Nous avons eu 1 souci d'eau chaude rapidement corrigé dès que le propriétaire a été informé....en pleine nuit) Le petit dej se déroule dans une salle de type atrium....la aussi déco soignée. (Difficile d'avoir 1 oeil sur les plats cuisinés et l'autre sur le mobilier sophistiqué :-)) Bon pour résumer....c'etait TOP. on reviendra
