Location is excellent, room was also nice but having a see through door to the shower can be kinda awkward if not travelling as couple - can easily be solved with a translucent film over the door. Service was good but luggage is stored in a hallway that anyone can access, which doesn't feel safe. It was put in a closed backroom after I asked, but it would be better if this was standard.

Keep in mind it’s in the middle of the city, no parking available. Very small hallway and elevator also good to know that’s very difficult to pass with a stroller.

The hotel is nice. Not costly and in well condition.
Everything in the room is like brand new.
Nice location in the city centre and many restaurants around.

The location was great, right in the center. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. spacious bathroom with separate toilet. Breakfast area was very large and beautiful. Generous breakfast with lots of choice. The only downside was the bed topper. On one bed it was very lumpy, not smooth. The topper has probably been washed and the contents have become stuck together. Very disturbing. This is indicated at the reception. A thinner topper was then placed over the original topper. The reception was already closed that evening, so no further action was possible. Slept without a bumpy topper, so the bed was very hard.

On ne soupçonne pas,en passant Rue St Denis où se situe l’hôtel, que derrière les façades classiques se cachent plus de 60 chambres spacieuses ,modernes et confortables. L’accueil y est très convivial. Petit déjeuner varié et à volonté, pris dans une grande salle relevant de l’architeciture industrielle. L’absence de restauration le soir est largement compensée par la proximité de nombreux restaurants, Place du Marché ou Rue Souverain Pont. Actuellement, le meilleur établissement au centre ville .

A clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel located in the heart of Liège! The staff was kind, professional, and fully prepared to assist us in English when our French ran out. Amosa is maybe a half a block from the church Collégiale Saint-Denis, which was rebuilt and dedicated in 1011. We wish our room had featured a queen or king bed instead of two twins, but we enjoyed our stay in every other respect.

Malheureusement le service exécrable gâche la qualité de l’hôtel. Arrivés tard à cause des bouchons pas d’accueil et une carte démagnétisée ! Une demi heure pour trouver un numéro d’urgence non donné dans le mail d’accueil tardif et trouver une solution. 1 personne exécrable le matin au point de nous faire sentir mal ce qui ne m’était jamais arrivé. Allez à l’IBIS opéra juste à côté, Camille à l’accueil est un crème de gentillesse, son sourire s’entend au téléphone !

Beautifully designed room. Spotless but as usual in this part of the world, no coffee or tea facilities. Pretty close to the centre of the city but a long walk from the rail station. Friendly staff. Breakfast €22 and a good selection. You need to ask if you want a fry up. Internet was patchy.

The location is unbeatable, the price is reasonable, but: bathroom in the room and open shower (everyone taller than 1.80 m should only shower carefully, awkward fittings, sink in the toilet smelly, breakfast room on 2 floors connected by ramp or stairs (not handy for handicapped persons)
