minutę temu na stronie Google Oceniamy tylko same „termy” choć odrazu zaznaczam , że te baseny nie powinny nazywać się Termami. Byliśmy praktycznie we wszystkich dostępnych w Polsce i tak zimnych term to jeszcze nie przeżyliśmy. A zaznaczam , że jesteśmy tu po raz drugi. Za pierwszym razem , kilka lat temu nie odczuliśmy aż takiego zimna… ale dziś to z trudem dotrwaliśmy do do dwóch godzin z trzech wykupionych…na basen na zewnątrz nie dało się wyjść … bo mega zimno , zresztą połowa basenu na zewnątrz zamknięta. Woda w jacuzzi też niedogrzana. Byliśmy niedawno na termach Chochołowskich , Zakopiańskich , Uniejów i na prawdę nazywać termami te baseny w Lidzbarku to jest porażka. Pani w recepcji przekonuje , że temperatura wody wynosi 36 stopni… co nie jest prawdą … wyszliśmy z tych pseudo term zziębnięci. Strata kasy odradzam , lepiej pojechać na zwykły basen , będzie cieplej. Zresztą daje do myślenia fakt , że w niedzielę tłoków na tym obiekcie nie ma …… odradzam z wielkim rozczarowaniem ;(

Byliśmy z dzieckiem na termach i w hotelu. Weekend udany :) Śniadania bardzo dobre - duży wybór zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dzieci. Termy super - jest sporo opcji dla dzieci, zjeżdżalnie , płytki basenik. Dla dorosłych również spory wybór - bar, strefa wypoczynku. W hotelu obsługa miła i pomocna.

It was nightmare, room stinks, food was really bad and swimming pool was slick. Playground for children was damaged and dirty. Pokój i ręczniki smierdziały stęchlizną. Basen zimny, śliski brodzik dla dzieci, jedzenie niesmaczne, plac zabaw ma wystające niebezpieczne elementy drewniane. Ogród tylko dla dorosłych. Hotel nie nadaje się dla dzieci.

So disappointed.Rooms are dirty,blocked sing,smelly towels and bucked all over the place,apparently hotel are become flooded during wet weather! So overpriced for 1 night stay, no food available during weekdays accept poor quality breakfast i the morning. My and my family visited from far distance and we were forced to look for the local restaurant to have something to eat or we have been given an option to go the nearest supermarket to grab some food. Reception staff rather bored and not interested to help customers. Highly NOT recommended!

4 adults, 1 child stayed in 2 rooms. At the checking in it looked pretty good. Once we made our way to the rooms, there was water pouring and I mean pouring down the walls probably due to the heavy rain (hopefully it wasn't a pool water) You can tell it wasn't the first time since there is mould in this places. You might notice some of the spots are covered by furniture and plants. When we approached reception staff to ask for a taxies in the area (we were not locals) we were sent to the notice board with random stuff stuck to it. Rooms seems to be in a poor state in need of serious TLC. One of balcony doors faulty, not want you want in the winter! No slippers provided although robes were. Breakfast was very basic however salads could do with a little stir for better presentation (dry looking) Pancakes were very good. Apart from the pools (with some parts like saunas for extra charge) not much to do inside the hotel and out. I believe it is a beautiful setting during warm months though. All in all I feel we greatly overpaid for our stay for 2 nights and will not be coming back.

Dirt in room, peeling paint on the ceilining, overall short-staffed facility, reception and bar staff very inert, no room A/C. Check-out disastrous - it took 30 minutes to confirm that the stay was paid in advance.
Price doesn't match quality.
