Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** There are only three 5-star hotels in Jesolo, so the choice is quite limited. I booked a room for three people (two adults and a baby) and paid around €500 per night for all three of us, baby included. Without the baby, it would have been cheaper. To my surprise, at check-in, they charged an additional €25 per night for the baby’s crib. Well... The hotel is clean and simple, but the reception staff is very distant and cold. The atmosphere is strange and unwelcoming, which is a first for me in a 5-star hotel, despite my extensive experience with this type of establishment. However, the staff handling the luggage and the restaurant team are incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s thanks to them that I didn’t give a one-star review. At the spa, there is no one to greet you. You come and go freely, and the saunas don’t even have the necessary accessories to heat them properly. Yet, if properly managed, the spa would have great potential. What really led me to give this negative review, aside from the lack of empathy from the front desk, was my request for a late check-out. My flight was late, and the hotel wasn’t full, so I asked on the morning of my departure if I could stay in the room until 5 PM. The price? €250. I don’t know how much the staff or managers earn, but they clearly have no concept of the value of money, nor any empathy for a family with a newborn. In conclusion, avoid this hotel. Plus, the sea is dirty and disgusting. To top it off, I found out by chance that they had added drinks to a bar tab I hadn’t even signed. Thankfully, I checked. NO COMMENT. **LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE** Ci sono solo tre hotel a 5 stelle a Jesolo, quindi la scelta è piuttosto limitata. Ho prenotato una camera per tre persone (due adulti e un bambino) e ho pagato circa 500 € a notte per tutti e tre, bambino incluso. Senza il bambino, sarebbe stato più economico. Con mia sorpresa, al check-in mi hanno addebitato 25 € in più a notte per la culla del bambino. Beh... L'hotel è pulito e semplice, ma il personale della reception è molto distante e freddo. L'atmosfera è strana e poco accogliente, il che è una novità per me in un hotel a 5 stelle, nonostante la mia esperienza con questo tipo di strutture. Tuttavia, il personale che si occupa dei bagagli e quello del ristorante sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, ed è grazie a loro che non ho dato una recensione a una stella. Alla spa non c'è nessuno che ti accoglie. Entri e esci liberamente, e le saune non hanno nemmeno gli accessori necessari per riscaldarsi correttamente. Eppure, se fosse gestita meglio, la spa avrebbe un grande potenziale. Ciò che mi ha portato a scrivere questa recensione negativa, oltre alla mancanza di empatia da parte del personale della reception, è stata la mia richiesta di un late check-out. Il mio volo era tardi, e l'hotel non era pieno, quindi la mattina della partenza ho chiesto se potevo restare in camera fino alle 17. Il prezzo? 250 €. Non so qu

Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren in diesem Hotel.Eine sehr schöne Anlage,sehr gepflegt und mit sehr vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Wellness,Fitness,Pool,Fahrräder) Deutliche Fortschritte und Umweltmassnahmen seitdem eine neue Hoteldirektorin gibt.Freundliches Personal,Sauberkeit und eine entspannte Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel.Leider am Frühstück sehr viel Unruhe,die Qualität und Auswahl der Produkte sind verbesserungsbedürftig .

Sehr empfehlenswert bin schon mehrere Male hier gewesen und immer top zufrieden

Era tutto benissimo e eccellente

Siamo ritornati all' Almar in occasione del ferragosto, siamo stati ospiti diversi giorni all' insegna del relax in Spa e del buon cibo. La struttura offre ampi spazi e ambienti dove necessità di numeroso personale, possiamo dire che questa volta il personale era tutto qualificato e gentile nei vari ambienti che occupano la struttura, elemento non trascurabile. La serata del Ferragosto, cena con musica a bordo piscina ben organizzata con ampia scelta nel menù a buffet di carne e pesce. Se vogliamo individuare un dettaglio negativo, "Il Pane" non da location a 5 stelle...si bassa qualità...! Più volte fatto presente al responsabile di sala, Importante soprattutto a colazione da mangiare con il salato, inoltre non c'era il "Fornetto Grill "per poter riscaldare il pane, toast, brioche, cornetti ecc.

L'hotel è molto curato e nuovissimo, le camere belle, luminose e confortevoli, la nostra aveva la vista sul mare e il letto era davvero molto comodo. Nella camera ci sono accappatoi, asciugamani e ciabatte. La spa è molto pulita e grande, erano aperte due piscine, un pochino fredde forse ma decisamente ben tenute. Abbiamo usufruito del bar prendendo due club sandwich, una patatina fritta e due aperol spritz per un totale di 60 euro ma era tutto davvero molto buono. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio è privato e molto comodo perchè si trova sotto l'hotel. Davvero consigliato!
