The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly, customer service is really good. Really understanding towards customers needs and requirements. They were respectful and helpful with everything. We travelled with our 3 year old toddler and they helped with every need possible.

Dejligt og centralt liggende hotel
Dejligt hotel lige midt i gågaden hvor tingene sker. Udmærket morgenmad og virkeligt dejligt værelse med god altan. Poolen kunne være større, men stranden med private liggestole er lige et par skridt væk.

Modernes Stadthotel in bester Lage
Hotel liegt zentral am Mazzini-Platz, Zimmer sind trotzdem sehr ruhig. Front-Office sehr freundlich.
Zimmer sind sehr einfach, Bad gut und sauber.
Frühstück „landestypisch“ mit Schwerpunkt auf Süß. Deca-Café wird z.B. individuell zubereitet und serviert. Wir kommen wieder

Det var et meget fint hotel, godt værelse , pænt og nyt .
God afgang til pool og ikke langt til stranden som også var godt.
Eneste minus var larm fra gaden og de andre gæster

Kan ikke anbefales!!
Ift. at det er et 4-stjernet hotel og priserne var 3.000 pr. mand for 5 dage, levede det absolut ikke op til vores forventning.
Personalet var meget reserveret, morgenmaden var kedelig (selv efter hotel standard), dynerne var plettede, sengene var meget hårde og man kunne mærke fjederne. Hertil var terrassen fyldt med fuglelort og hotellet var meget lyt.
Alt i alt kan vi ikke forstå hotellets priser eller antallet af stjerner. 2/5 herfra

Seng og puder er alt for hårde, ondt i ryggen og nakke er ikke i orden
Morgen maden var sådan set ok, men kaffe maskinen ja kaffen smagte af kakao
Deres blød kogte æg var kogt helt døde, de var sorte inden i
Røre æggen var fyldt med væske
Deres juice var ikke frisk
Lokationen er perfekt
