We were able to find street parking within a block of the hotel. Close to the beach, but not on it so it's quiet and not crazy busy on the beach. The beach is just 2 blocks, it's really a wide boardwalk with lots of shops, cafes, fine dinning, etc. The beaches (Lidos) are private where you get a umbrella and beach chair (w/ sun shield for your head) for a fee. The showers, lockers for a fee, with a cafe/ restaurant and snack bar. This hotel has a deal with one of the Lidos but I don't know if that applies in high season.
Our room was spacious, small bath, deck overlooking the city and view to the North.
Continental breakfast included and the restaurant serves dinner that includes anti-pasta etc. We ate one dinner there and it was very good.
This is a multi generation family owned hotel and knows how to care for their guests. Would definitely stay again if return.

Tutto molto bene. Posizione comoda, camera essenziale e pulita. Unico appunto che posso fare è sulla pressione molto bassa dell’acqua calda. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. La colazione abbastanza varia e interessante.

Stanza piccola ma indubbiamente ben organizzata. Ventola del bagno molto rumorosa, ma non fastidiosa: si accende e si spegne con interruttore. Doccia ampia, comoda, le guarnizioni sono leggermente consumate, quindi esce un po’ di acqua, ma non si annega, tantomeno si scivola. Letto comodo, cuscini sottili. Armadio, sedia, scrivania, bidet, ecc tutto quello che serve, c’è. Zona tranquilla e nello stesso tempo strategica. Non ha ristorante ma a 1 minuto a piedi c’è un’ottima pizzeria. Colazione nella media, abbastanza varia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, fa sentire accolti.

A modern, not-so-large hotel, run by the family who owns it. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, about 250 meters from the beach promenade and the sea. There is plenty of free street parking nearby (off-season). On-site parking costs €20 per day. Bicycles can be rented for €15 per day or by the hour. The hotel is very well-maintained, with thoughtful furnishings, a lovely shaded outdoor area with seating, and a sunny roof terrace with loungers and deckchairs. The rooms with balconies are sufficiently large and have plenty of storage space. The beds are very comfortable (mattresses). As with all similar hotels, the rooms are a bit noisy. The Wi-Fi is slow, and the TV channels are exclusively in Italian (not important to us). The cleanliness throughout the hotel and the rooms is very good. The breakfast is adequate, slightly above Italian hotel standards. There is no restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Communication is also possible in English. Very helpful and quick staff in solving problems, we had a problem in the bathroom that was solved very quickly, clean, bright and well-furnished rooms. The abundant buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet, savory, yogurt and dried fruit, different types of fruit juices; evening meal always different with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses and 4 desserts including fresh fruit, large initial vegetable buffet. It is located on a street with several no parking signs but, in September, there are many parking options in the adjacent streets (in August it is better to take advantage of the discounted parking, especially if you intend to tour the nearby towns). It will certainly be a point of reference for future stays. Recommended

We stayed for 10 days in this Hotel managed by the Ricci family, a wonderful, helpful and welcoming family. The Hotel is a very nice structure located in a quiet area with a beautiful garden and close to the sea. Another jewel in the crown is the kitchen that offers excellent specialties every day. We stayed six days in this hotel and had a great time. Large and very clean room, you feel like you are part of the family. Half board with excellent cuisine and generous portions, friendly and fast service staff. Beach less than ten minutes away with an agreement with a couple of establishments. A small problem with the bathroom that was immediately resolved thanks to the efficiency of the owners. Definitely recommended. Possibility of renting a bike at a modest cost. Free parking is available in the adjacent streets
