Very well located place that, with a bit of luck, you can have the sunset in your window. Friendly hotel employees. Unfortunately, I have personally noticed one thing that I see as a flaw; through a door (entirely sealed and without lock), you can hear the neighboring room all too well, unfortunately interrupting a minimum of privacy with your roommates

Do not go to this hotel. We went with Mistral Holidays half board. The food was so awful we ended up eating out the whole week. Only 2 choices (no vegetarian) - tough meat, cold tinned vegetables and dried pasta. The manager was condescending and unhelpful.

This hotel depressed us from the moment of arrival and throughout our seven night stay. We could not afford to leave because it was included in our Mistral Holidays package. We arrived late and were presented with cold platters of food that required heating to make them edible. We were not permitted to use the restaurant to heat and consume the food because it had been laid up for the next day's breakfast but told to eat it in our rooms on the beds! We declined and found a nearby cafe about to close which sold us their last remaining focaccia sandwiches. The hotel manager was neither helpful nor in any way anxious to please and that was an attitude that persisted throughout our stay. On our first night in the restaurant we requested a bottle of water. My wife asked the waiter if he could open it. His response was to insist that the cost (3euros) was paid in cash beforehand. All subsequent orders for drinks were accompanied by the same rule. On our last breakfast neither the coffee machine nor the juice dispenser were working. Perhaps we should have demanded some repayment. On that same day, our day of departure, we were allowed to use a room in which to store our luggage but there was no facility to change our clothes during the seven hours that we were "homeless". It rained heavily during those 7 hours. We could describe many more egregious examples of the unsatisfactory atmosphere that pervaded our stay and made a holiday mood hard to arouse. One sensed that cost-cutting played a large part of the "managerial style". The tour operators had advertised prominently a hotel in the same region which was alleged to be within a list of hotels from which clients would be allocated one. That hotel was not available. Had we known that we would not have booked this holiday. Had the non-availability of this hotel been known before we booked then the booking was at best deceptive and at worst fraudulent. This observation is of course unconnected from our criticism of the hotel.

Buon hotel, camere pulite e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, sono presenti frigo bar (senza freezer), cassaforte e condizionatore. Ovviamente se sei con la finestra vista mare sulla passeggiata non si può pretendere il silenzio alla sera, soprattutto nei mesi estivi. I pasti ... Un albergo che costa più di 200€ al giorno a camera da due persone (in mezza pensione) non può fornire lo stesso menù serale per una settimana di fila, anche se le portate erano squisite (ma dimenticatevi le porzioni "romagnole", anche se alla fine le razioni erano più che sufficienti). Pranzare costava 30€ di supplemento a persona, a me sembra un modo per disincentivare la presenza dei clienti dell'hotel. E il costo di una bottiglia di acqua a 3€ mi sembra eccessivo. La colazione è "ripetitiva" ma buona, affettati e formaggio per la parte salata (alla domenica hanno aggiunto anche uova e bacon, ma solo quel giorno) e quattro torte diverse (artigianali) e frutta fresca e sciroppata per la parte dolce. Molto comodo l' accesso alla spiaggia convenzionata (di fronte). Diciamo che può andare bene per un giorno, non di più.

Non ho la minima idea di chi sia quel maleducato, che fa le veci di questo Hotel, abbiamo prenotato una camera, ma purtroppo per esigenze inaspettate di lavoro, abbiamo dovuto disdire dall'oggi al domani, prenotato ieri sera e disdetta stamani, non certo per prendere in giro chi lavora o far perdere del tempo, ma per una situazione reale. Posso capire il disagio lavorativo, ma non accetto, battute fuori luogo, comunque devi mantenere una certa professionalità anche quando in modo molto scrupoloso vuoi far notare certi aspetti, fa parte dell'educazione lavorativa e del buon senso. Comunque a Lido di Camaiore siamo soventi venire, magari ne parliamo di persona e sarò lieto di guardarti negl'occhi, dato che con spavalderia mi hai detto, che mi stai aspettando. Consiglio alla proprieta' dell'hotel, di cambiare questa persona che non fa una buona pubblicità alla struttura con il suo atteggiamento, nulla ti permette di usare frasi del tipo, "avevo già capito che persona era", pensa a che persona è tua moglie, dato che hai fatto anche lo spiritoso su richiesta di mia moglie di qualificarti con il tuo nome, dicendogli in modo sarcastico, "io sono felicemente sposato, non ho bisogno di incontrarla", immagino dai tuoi modi quanto sei felicemente sposato.

Attenzione non prenotate in qussto hotel , receptionist maleducati e scortesi. Non fidatevi di fornire le vostre carte di credito perché nel loro sito scrivono a garanzia invece provono le carte per vedere se hai liquidità. Infine quando scrivono le mail di conferma non si firmano !!! Sconsiglio questa struttura.

I miei genitori hanno pernottato per una notte in questo hotel per una situazione di emergenza. Essendo anziani ho chiesto al portiere di poter accompagnare i miei genitori in camera per assicurarmi che riuscissero ad accendere l aria condizionata e che riuscissero a sistemarsi non avendo niente con loro (essendo un’emergenza) Mi sarò trattenuta nella stanza per 10 min, il portiere non vedendomi uscire ha prima telefonato a mezzanotte nella camera dei miei genitori per chiedere dove fossi e poi non contento si è recato in camera, perquisendola affermando uscendo dalla stanza che probabilmente ero in giro in hotel. Non aggiungo altro perché credo che il comportamento si commenti da solo! Saluti e a mai più, neanche in emergenza
