Hotel Europa

This hotel is incredible from the breakfast to lunch to the staff and pool was incredible! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everything was so clean! They helped us set up transportation to an INCREDIBLE winery! They helped us set up and plan our time in Pisa and Florence. The location is not touristy at all! A very authentic experience! We could not have asked for a better hotel for our honeymoon! We are so thankful for everyone here!

The hotel is reminiscent of a quintessential Italian villa. It is a 30-second walk to the beach. The staff is amazing: Friendly, informative, responsive, and focused on ensuring visitors have a wonderful stay. Kudos to Luciana who was quick and en pointe in responding to my questions and assisting with my plans for my time in the riviera. The hotel is very clean. There are comfortable couches and plenty of seating inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and consistent with a typical European breakfast. Light lunch is available to order. ‘Light’ is a misnomer because the portions and menu options are all amazing. You can rent a beach towel for 1.50 Euros. They have bicycles that you can use for free to ride along the expansive boardwalk. There is a nice sized pool on the property. If you are seeking an authentic and comfortable experience in the Italian Riviera, I highly recommend this hotel.

Just home after an amazing short break in Lido di Camaiore! My friend and I booked last minute flights to Pisa and booked to stay at the Hotel Europa, so glad we did. It is a stunning mansion house, with lovely staff, great breakfast and perfect location for exploring. We booked a balcony room, which overlooked the pool. Great for afternoon/evening sun with a wine! The room is spacious, traditional but charming! We walked from Viareggio train station, 40 mins, along the prom. The prom is full of shops, bars and restaurants. You can get a bus, but if you like a walk it is very pretty and very flat! Breakfast was everything we needed, lovely pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, meats, and cheeses. Delicious coffee too! The hotel is very chilled, pool area lovely and the whole place is meticulously clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady on in the evening deserves a special mention. When she was not cleaning, tidying, or on reception, she was on the bar, keeping our drinks topped up! Pool towels are for hire, bikes available too (we did not use the bikes). The hotel offers discounts at a couple of local restaurants too. Bar prices very reasonable and you can charge to the room. I would definitely stay at the Europa again. It is small enough to feel personal but large enough so you still get the hotel experience. Stunning building, great staff and 5 star service! Thank you to the whole Europa team!

We stayed for four nights recently as a family of three (two adults and one child). The hotel has a lovely theme and is very clean and well-maintained. Although there weren’t many children around the pool area during our stay, which made it feel a bit quiet at times, it might be nice to have some ambient music playing in the background to create a livelier atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of the two receptionists, I think Luciana and Gianna, they were always welcoming, pleasant, and very informative, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the hotel’s location is ideal, close to everything you might need, bars, restaurants, beach and a supermarket. The only downside was that we believed we had booked a room with a front pool view but were instead given a room with a side balcony view, which was a little disappointing but overall, a great stay and we would consider returning!

Staff are very helpful, nothing is a problem

This is the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants on the way. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
