Hotel Piccolo Mondo

Stayed for a week on a half board basis. Simple, nice food. Lots of rooms have balconies but check at booking. Short walk to the wide promenade and sandy beach. Lots of private beaches belonging to restaurants but very reasonable umbrella and seat hire. There are free public beaches too. Hotel staff are very helpful. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas. Five minute walk to beach. Good centre to visit other local towns and cities.

Very friendly and lovely hotel. Staff all helpful no matter the level of English spoken. We went as part of a travel group holiday staying a week on a half-board basis. Large clean room with ensuite and large balcony. Food relatively simple but all good. House red wine recommended.

Bedroom small but clean, however not much room for clothes in small wardrobe with 6 hangers and no shelves.No balcony and air-con was less than satisfactory.. would have benefited from better lighting in the room and a full length mirror. The public areas in the hotel are pleasant, as is the pretty garden area. The rooftop solarium needs attention. Needed cleaned and swept and more seating and some shade provided. Food was disappointing, limited choice and quite uninspired. Breakfast could have benefited from some fresh fruit, croissants or pastries and a bigger selection of meat/cheese. The hotel is in a great position- not far from the beautiful beaches and promenade with plentiful cafes and restaurants. Also very close to bus stops from where you can easily travel over the region
