Hotel Diga

Già durante la prenotazione avevamo intuito che la signora alla reception non fosse proprio cordiale. La conferma la abbiamo avuta all’arrivo quando siamo stati accolti da lamentele continue sul fatto che il check in fosse alle 14:30, quando avevamo solo chiesto di poter lasciare le valige in albergo. Al nostro “aspettiamo 2 minuti che arrivino i nostri amici”, la signora ha gentilmente aperto la porta per farci uscire dall’hotel perché “aveva da fare”. Le camere abbastanza piccole e anonime ma tutto sommato adeguate alle esigenze, anche se non giustificano il prezzo di 80€ a persona (a prescindere dalla tipologia di camera prenotata). Uniche pecche sono state la fodera del cucino che, seppure pulita, risultava macchiata di trucco su entrambi i lati e l’unica ciabatta di cortesia presente in una quadrupla palesemente ripulita dopo un utilizzo precedente, come si può vedere dalla foto. Colazione a buffet che sarebbe anche stata normale, se non ci fossero stati il burro e la marmellata scaduti. Anche in questo caso, la cordiale receptionist ci ha accolti a suono di “vi faccio vedere io come si prepara il caffè così non fate danni” e “i pancake sono finiti perché ne avete mangiato più di uno a testa”. In conclusione l’hotel non è neanche malaccio, sicuramente la signora non ha l’indole per un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico e soprattutto è mancata la cordialità tipica della Romagna.

Peggior hotel che esiste in questo mondo dire scifo non dire niente. Personale maleducato, sporco non ho parole per riscrivere quello orribile posto. Sgocciolava dal sofito, asciugamani sporchi, formiche scarafaggi.. camera puzzolente area condizionata non funziona.. film horror

A seafront hotel, which overlooks the Marina. Excellent parking possibilities, beaches in the immediate vicinity. An exemplary management and very attentive to satisfying every need. Cleanliness and order, together with the care of the rooms and common areas, worthy of all praise. Worth highlighting is the breakfast buffet which is notable for its variety and quality... especially considering the season is now over, even if supported by almost summer days, therefore with very few guests. A ⭐⭐⭐ that offers much more than many others of a higher category that I have frequented. Congratulations and thanks.

I have been there several times and I have always found it very good, very clean, room with balcony overlooking the sea, good breakfast, everything is very fresh and there are even eggs in addition to the savory food, very helpful and professional staff, the tourist tax being a municipal tax everywhere I went always paid in cash while hotels with ATMs I highly recommend it
