Review for the brunch at the Lilla Verandan restaurant only. Very poor service and poor quality food. We waited 5 minutes at the entrance to confirm a booking, multiple staff members walked past without saying a word. Eventually had to ask if we should just take an empty table, it was not busy and yet nobody came to ask about drinks or even mention what was offered. There was no menu or information indicating what the meals were and the chef was disinterested at best and actually seemed unsure of what he had cooked. The food is essentially just leftovers from the hotel breakfast (bread, cheeses, fruit slices and small cakes) which were fine enough, plus a very small selection of poor quality warm dishes (one of two vegetarian options was soggy gnocchi, plain tomato sauce and salt...). Not even close to worth the 395kr per person, which does not even include coffee/tea/juice; a single coffee was an extra 40kr. It's a shame as the hotel bar area and lounge are both nice.
