房子位於利川火車站旁 行動方便 內有電梯 旁邊火車站小吃一條街 夏日晚上比較涼爽 下午較熱 如果就是出遊 一百多一點.

以為在利川一百多元應該起碼過得去，結果入住體驗很差，衞生間淋浴頭壞了，也不更換，一開水除了噴頭不出水，一根管子到處都在噴水，衞生間沒窗户，廁所臭氣出不去，搞得房間裏味道很大。床單破了很大一個洞也不更換，住了一晚果斷換房。
