酒店房間寬敞，床墊鬆軟適度，睡上去很舒服。早餐豐盛可口，非常喜歡。前台10號工作人員非常貼心幫助解決入住的一些問題，讓人賓至如家。

距離高速較近，前台10號工作人員熱情接待，辦理入住手續，感覺賓至如歸。房間設施衞生都不錯👍晚9點後還有深夜暖心粥。早餐種類較少。

已經在這家酒店住過很多次了，在房間不緊張的情況下都會給我免費升級，服務態度，衞生設施，環境都很好，10號前台接待人員很耐心，也很貼心，回家過年之後又來了，發現大廳佈置得很有氛圍，很不錯

特別差，不是開元！
沒有專門房間收納換洗的床單布草，直接丟樓道
洗乾淨的床單也是放在這裏，離譜！
一個房間可以住五六個人，毫無管理可言。
住過最不隔音的酒店，邊上和對面説話非常清楚。

房間很智能很寬敞，衞生細節不夠好，例如水龍頭上的自然乾的水痕跡，語音控制盒上面厚厚的灰塵等
