MM10543****This is the most satisfying place in the Mid-Autumn Festival trip, very pleasantly surprised. The designated cave courtyard is very comfortable to sleep on, the 4-meter kang is very comfortable, the room is very beautiful, and the courtyard at the door is even more beautiful! The environment is great! There are campsites and many small animals inside the hotel, which is a surprise ~
The disadvantage is that
1. The cave houses are far away from the hot springs. This hotel can arrange battery cars to park guests back and forth, instead of letting the guests carry their luggage around. Once this is solved, the experience will be much better.
2. Breakfast is from 7 to 9 o'clock. As a resort hotel, it doesn't matter if it ends early. When I went at 8:30, the dishes were all gone. The hotel only fried one or two vegetarian dishes as a supplement. There are also very few types of dishes. But the dishes are all delicious.
3. Hygiene is not up to standard. The bed sheets and quilt covers are not changed at all in the big kang room. We went to the hot springs in the morning without locking the door. The waiter thought we had checked out and cleaned the room thoroughly. However, the bedding was still the same as the one we had from the night before and was not changed at all. It was a bit disgusting to see.
4. Service is uneven. Generally speaking, the service is very good, and the attitude of the hotel and hot spring is very good, but some people are a little indifferent.
We also booked a standard standard room and a family room, which are relatively old and have nothing to say about them. They are quite satisfactory.
