The stay at Serenusa Village was amazing. The village is on the sea and has 3 swimming pools (a large central one, a small one attached with slides for children and another where you can swim).
The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas makes the village very comfortable.
The food is really good and there is a varied choice every day whether you want to eat meat or fish.
The sea can be reached by a wooden staircase from the village itself and umbrellas are assigned. On the beach there is a restaurant which I have not tried because I preferred the buffet and there is also a restaurant "il gusto" which I have not had the opportunity to try.
The animation is always present, but with discretion..
they organize many activities and there really is something for all tastes! I stayed for a week with my partner! I recommend it!

Ottima esperienza. Devo fare i complimenti alla struttura per la totale assenza delle barriere architettoniche. Mio marito è disabile su sedia a rotelle, ma nonostante ciò,siamo riusciti a goderci la vacanza. Tutto il personale e i responsabili settore, pronti ad aiutare e trovare soluzioni ad ogni evenienza. Sia in spiaggia che in piscina i bagnini e l'animazione pronti ad aiutarci in ogni momento. In teatro posti riservati, spiaggia ombrellone con passerella, camera con tutti gli aiuti per disabili. Sono stato in questo resort a fine luglio 2024. Ottima struttura nella zona sud della Sicilia. Camera pulite e moderne oltre che spaziose. Servizio di ristorazione e al bar all'altezza del 4 stelle. Fantastica anche l'animazione che risulta propositiva e non invadente di giorno, e anche molto professionale e performante a livello serale. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò!!!

Per la settima volta vado al serenusa ed ogni volta è sempre meglio. I miei bambini sono follemente innamorati di serenella e dei ragazzi del serenino. Tante attività per i più piccoli ma anche per ragazzi e per adulti. Le attività d’animazione proposte sono sempre professionali e divertenti. Il fiore all’occhiello della mia vacanza a luglio 2024 è stata l’animazione e soprattutto gli spettacoli serali, tanta qualità e quantità, sembrava di essere in un teatro di professionisti, Moonwalking of pop, il tributo a michael Jackson è impressionante per qualità di ballo e montaggio artistico. Lo staff alberghiero in tutti i settori è competente e gentile. Cucina, sala, bar, reception sempre pronti ad aiutare il cliente. Le camere post ristrutturazione sono di altissima qualità e confortevoli. In conclusione, caro il mio serenusa ci vedremo quest’estate per l’ottavo anno.

Villaggio adatto a sole famiglie con bambini piccoli e con forte vocazione agli spettacoli artistici , notevole le performance di alcuni attori/ci. Da un punto di vista della cortesia ho trovato molto pressapochismo sia nella parte ristorazione tranne per il ristorante al Mare che nella parte sportiva dove manca totalmente un focus come avviene invece per le serate a tema e spettacoli . Alcuni animatori dello sport spiace dirlo erano svogliati e poco competenti sulle varie discipline .
