老闆服務細緻周到，會提前幫忙打開空調預熱房間。房間寬敞明亮，衞生良好。酒店距離景區很近。值得一提的是，酒店阿姨做的早餐粉和粥很好吃！毫不誇張，比後來在一些店裡吃的要好😂

服務態度很好，有早餐，有米皮，油條，饅頭，豆漿，早餐很好吃，尤其是米皮，不夠吃可以添。作為民宿，房間衞生相對還是OK的。酒店地理位置很合適，出門走幾百米，後面都是小吃街，有特色吃的（比如他們推薦的瑤廚），有奶茶店，景區的入口也在附近，我們都是走路去的，然後大巴直通車也在景區入口附近，還有大巴直達千户苗寨的，全程三個多小時，堵車的話要四個小時。酒店還有高鐵接站服務，下了高鐵就有車專門接我們去酒店門口，期間還給我們講了一些攻略，很有用。酒店也會提供很多有用的攻略，有問必答。到了酒店的時候還會送一份入住水果，因為天氣較冷，提前給我們房間開了空調，總之，整體服務很好的，地理位置很好的。

總體來説挺一般的…位置在景區東門服務區，去小七孔東門很方便，衞生間是房間裏用玻璃隔的…很小，還有點滲水…熱水感覺是用電熱水器燒的…冬天跟不上使用…東門服務區還挺熱鬧的…吃飯的飯店有很多

從服務、環境、設施等角度評價，突出酒店的優勢和特色：
這次入住體驗一般，房間佈置還行，熱水需要放幾分鐘才會有，而且水温也不是很熱，前台和保潔人員都很熱情。洗澡的地方不提供地墊，衹提供一次性浴巾和手巾，所以洗澡後地特別濕，再穿一次性拖鞋去廁所就容易滑倒。
