You can tell that this used to be a extreamly nice hotel at one point it was still very nice for the price

Mangers were rude and demanded 50 dollars cash as a " incidental insurance" the room I had booked was. 2 bed, only got. 1 bed. Room was dark and smelled. Never again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
My stay here was horrible from black mold in the pictures and the walls, wall paper coming down so you get a nice view of black mold, dirty toilet, microwave. The pool you couldn’t even use because it’s is so foggy gross looking. I do not recommend staying here unless you trying to get sick. This hotel should be shut down for good.. the front desk is no help. They made me clean the toilet in the room when I went down to tell them there was poop left in toilet on the toilet. And trying to get a refund for the room has been a pain. I left the hotel immediately. Do not waste your money on this place

You get what you pay for
The pros: room had plenty of space, the TVs worked, and the beds were clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating with the need for extra towels.
However.
The whole place needs an update and deep cleaned. The shower/tub knob stuck, there was not a lot of hot water, there was hair in the tub, the carpets were sticky, the hallway ice dispenser did not work, and breakfast was unavailable "due to construction".

The elevator, exterior and entry area were not very well maintained. The room, however, was clean and comfortable. Unusable coffeemaker and there was a window screen propped against the refridgerator. The bar does not belong to the hotel but it is attached and was a friendly fun Mexican restaurant Sir Jalapenos. The service there was great and thr food was as well. I dont believe the hotel has an operating pool. Inexpensive and convenient.
