My wife and I wanted to do something special for my family on my 70 birthday. We decided to book a suite at Resorts World Catskills. I booked my room through the main desk and spoke with Meadow. I give her a 5 star rating. She also was celebrating her birthday and she wanted to make sure I would enjoy my special day. Meadow booked me an awesome room with a spectacular view of the golf course and Catskills mountains. My family had a wonderful steak dinner at Cellaios Restaurant. A big shout out to Matt our server. We all felt the steaks were cooked to perfection. I was also given a comp for breakfast at 24/7 Bistro, thanks Angela. Lastly I want the thank Thomas the blackjack dealer. He is without a doubt the nicest dealer I’ve ever had. He made my wife and I feel so comfortable playing and was so accommodating. Thank you Resorts World Catskills for making my Birthday one I will never forget.

Absolutely awful. The carpet and sofa were covered in stains. The frosted glass in the bathroom was filthy — splashed with something that looked like vomit. On the other side, it was coated in dried toothpaste. This place clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Honestly, the housekeeping managers should be fired. This hotel is a mess and in desperate need of deep cleaning. Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Blood on the carpet, disgusting rooms, smelled like urine and smoke. I wouldn't let me worst enemies stay here. RUN AWAY! When we complained to management they could care less, Place is a total dump. The food is also inedible and extraordinarily over priced

I’m a regular guest here at Resorts World Catskills but I’ve never been treated so badly until last night. Yesterday, my wife and I arrived late and tired after 11pm (July 5, 2025). You would think the people at the Front Desk reception would be a little accommodating. After checking-in and immediately after entering the room, I realized it was a handicap accessible room. I went back to the front desk to request and switch to another room, which I knew for sure were available. I was told all the excuses (condescending, arrogant, maybe even lazy) in the world why it was not possible to switch to another room. The supervisor and the manager had to intervene because I was getting frustrated dealing with this disrespectful front desk personnel. Note to Hotel Operations management, please train your Front Desk employees to be a little courteous and respectful.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I encountered several issues during my visit and was further disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Yadira. When I requested her assistance, she was unhelpful and disrespectful, repeatedly citing 'hotel policy' without attempting to find a solution. Her demeanor suggested a lack of interest in resolving my concerns as she rolled her eyes and walked away, she made me feel unwanted and unheard.

Great rooms, clean, and safe. More important the staff, David A. at the front desk top notch. Kind, listens, knows his parameters, and takes care of his guests, even if it’s a simple high five. Fast followers are David B, Owen, John, Kyle, and Brandon. David B. Went out in the parking lot in the middle of a wind storm to look for a a very special card the blew off my hat. Card was never recovered but David B. Gave it his all. Utilize this resort regularly.

The moment we came in person at desk Hillary very helpful to our needs for a room. Always with a Smile. Very Courteous and professional. Hilary offered to get someone to make the sofa bed. We never knew that. We always have come to this Hotel. Thank you for having someone so knowledgeable at the desk.
