TownePlace Suites Kansas City Liberty

I have been staying here for a work project for a few months and I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff here are top notch. Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and super genuine. I have stayed previously at a competitor chain for work and the customer service was not even close. Staying here makes me miss home a little less. Leaving here I will definitely miss the staff. From breakfast with Amanda and Wanda to the front desk with Makayla, Jonathon, and Malik, and of course Amber, the bartender who gives me all sorts of good area advice for food, etc. Even the maintenance guy is super responsive and kind in the halls despite being busy and running around all the time. They really take care of this place and it shows. The rooms are SUPER clean and the beds are really comfortable. I love that there are little kitchens too! I would highly recommend staying here if in the KC area. Even if it isn't quite near your destination, it's worth the little extra drive to have the piece of mind to know you're staying at a clean place with fantastic people. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

This is a nice place to stay. We were on the first floor and the room was easy to get to. The furnishing were nice and the room was clean. Rather than a tub, we had a walk in shower that was large. Breakfast the next morning was the normal hotel buffet. There was ample parking on their lot and we were not far from the door. We would stay there again.

Convenient location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Had a room with a separate bedroom. Very nice space! The rolling table was a great space for setting up a laptop. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Liberty.

We arrived very late in the evening, Susan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She had set up our room herself with the additional items we had requested as members. She had everything in the room we requested, the room was very nice. Will definitely stay there again, thanks Susan!

Very nice and clean new hotel with friendly staff. Stayed two nights and everyone I encountered was helpful. The room was a one bedroom suite, with separate living room area and kitchen, which was a great size. The work desk was ergonomic and the bed was comfortable. I liked the extra storage bin inside the closets. This hotel brand seems to be thoughtful about travelers' needs, as evident by the many sockets and charging stations, number of clothes hangars, and placement of a couch work desk,, all of which makes for a better overall experience. The breakfast was fine - pretty typical fare - but they kept it well stocked. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall.

I stayed her for 6 days/5 nights recently on a solo trip and I would definitely stay here again if returning to the KC area. The hotel and my room were extremely clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed all the storage space in my room so that I could completely unpack and feel "home" for the week. They had a variety of pillows (like I do at home) so I was able to sleep very comfortably. The temperature in the room could easily be adjusted for my comfort. The room was touched up every other day which worked perfect. Almost full size frig and many cooking/eating utensils if I had wanted to cook....I did purchase things from a local grocery (it's right by a health food grocery store) to enjoy in my room. I never made it down for breakfast because I did my own breakfast in my room. The staff was helpful and competent. The lobby was a great place to meet with various people throughout my stay who lived in the area. The indoor pool and outdoor fire pit looked lovely but I didn't use them. Best of all--the room was extremely quiet. I had seen a suggestion to get a room away from the interstate side, which I forgot to request, and my room looked out at the intersection of the interstate and the busy road/exit. I didn't hear a peep of any of it. The rooms must be soundproofed. When I was in the hall in the mornings I sometimes heard the cleaning people have a radio or music on when they were cleaning (why?) but I did not hear any of that in my room so it didn't bother me although I do find it questionable that this is allowed when people are there to rest.....Also wonderful was the wide variety of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. any type of chain or local type restaurant available. Any cuisine, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze. Prices were reasonable and fair for all that you get in return. The room I was in was not a huge room--I wouldn't recommend if it was for a couple with small children but it was great for me and if my husband had been with me. I'm not sure what type it was but it was a king bed with a large chair/ottoman that was great for reading (nice light to read by as well.

Suite was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Bed was comfortable. No tub in our room but it did have a nice large standing shower. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was warm with lots of options! Really happy with our overnight stay here!

After despairing about the state of customer care lately, this place was a breath of fresh air. Right off the highway, but I couldn’t hear anything. Clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was blueberry compote for the waffles. The oatmeal had about a dozen things to add to it. Thank you to the staff for a job very well done.

I loved this hotel! Nice and updated and very clean! I really liked the location, it's near a lot of shops and restaurants. It also had a nice kitchen area. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower (and great water pressure). The bed was also very comfortable! Would love to say here again.
