Location is tucked away and feels very safe and quiet. The secure tall sliding wooden gate is closed at night. The people were so kind and friendly. The bungalows are just right and very clean. The pool is small but just fine for cooling off in and for kids to play in. They have a little bar restaurant on site and breakfast is provided. We thought this would be a perfect place for a family gathering where people have their own little bungalow and a place to have meals together. It is definitely an economical deal and we would stay here again!

We made a reservation 10 days before and when we arrived at the surprise place we didn't have a reservation. We talked to the receptionist and very easily he treated me as a liar because we didn't have a reservation. When I showed him the conversation I had with the lady on what's up, he told me that I had to wait about 2 hours for the manager to return the money to us without looking for a solution and without caring that we were going with children and it was late to go look for another place, he made us thrown out of the place ending almost in a fight. Now we were almost 6 hours from home without a room to past the night. Very poor customer service

Beautifully finished cabin, comfortable bed, good restaurant, quaint and quiet setting. The pool was small but lovely, security was good. Price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle was the front desk guy who drove us to the airport - about a 25 minute ride for $40 US

Vamos a describir este lugar. Terminamos una muy buena vacación y la última noche, pensamos pasarla en tamarindo ya que al día siguiente regresábamos cada quien a su pais. No encontramos NADA en tamarindo y tampoco en liberia. Vimos este hotel y se nos hizo bonito en booking. Cabañas, alberca, jardines verdes. A media hora del aeropuerto. Reservamos….. llegamos a una ranchería nos dieron la “cabaña” que estaba muy limpia. Los colchones con mas plástico que sabana, el baño privado limpio. Afuera habia personas en la Alberca con musica a todo volumen Fuera de ese jardín con “cabañas” es un cochinero. Un taller de coches destartalados un terregal, la alberca descuidada muebles de alberca rotos, basura tirada. NO lo recomiendo!!!!! Vayan a un hotel dentro del pueblo si es que quieren solo tomar un vuelo. Las fotos de booking son mentira !

Easy check-in with very helpful reception desk clerk Jorhay, leading to a beautiful cabin with a spotless room. Bed was comfortable, air con was great (in march) and pool, breakfast and restaurent were most appreciated. Location: quiet location perfect for family or couples. Close to a river in which you can swim. 10 kn from town. Owners even gave us a free ride to town free of charge! ****Forgot my wallet at the hotel the day of our departure and incredibly great host Jorhay took 1hr of his time to communicate with me via email and drove to the airport in order to give me back my wallet!!!*** What more can we ask from a host!? Thanks again and we will def be back!

Viendo que es el num 2 de la zona, no quiero imaginar como serán los otros… Lo que puedo decir es que este hotel está sucio (polvo y telarañas en las esquinas, suelo pegajoso, la piscina está muy sucia, latas de cerveza vacías por el parking y alrededor de la piscina). En nuestra cabaña, el grifo de la ducha está roto, tarda muchiiiisimo en salir agua caliente (por la noche solo conseguimos que saliera templadita) y la cadena del wc no va…imaginad con el calor y todo, toda la noche sin tirar de la cadena… Además el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 7,30 (si quieres ir a Rincon de la vieja como nosotros, no puedes estar a la hora de apertura, cosa que se agradece por la gente y por el calor que hace más tarde). Además nos lo sirvieron casi a las 8,00h…muy muy lentos. Ni lo recomiendo ni volvería
