Ratings are way too high for this motel.
Tv had partial screen disturbance.
Curtain torn.
Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
Ceiling texture coming off.
Soiled or stained mattress cover & bed skirt.
Arms on the chair stained with greasy dirty hands.
Door did not seal.
Chester drawers front broken off.

The hotel was so bad we checked out after one night. It smelled and water came into one of our rooms from an unknown location in the middle of the night almost flooding our luggage. Now I am trying to get a refund on the night we cancelled from *******. I truly don’t know how this property passes any sort of inspection. And it is not easy to get in touch with ******* to get a refund. No number to call?? I have used ******* for years but now I second guessing - I am disappointed.

Not happy
The room had badly stained carpet. The stuffed chair was filthy with stains. Paint peeling on bathroom door and door knob?
No small table to eat at. The room smelled at first, but I sprayed everything with Lysol. The ice maker was broken.
