I made a reservation in May via ******* for mid August. Got a message from them on July 31 that ******* got the price for the room wrong and they would not be honoring it. The rate ******* had was $114 a night. The hotel said it should have been $190, but they would give me a rate of $175 for the inconvenience, I tried to contact them, but no answer. I contacted ******* and they tried to contact them as well but also got no answer. There are limited options since this is a small town and apparently that is a busy weekend, There was only one other hotel that had availability, so ******* made a reservation there at the original price I was given for the Sandman hotel. The Sandman hotel never did answer the phone, even though the ******* person tried multiple times over the course of an hour while she was trying other hotels to find availability. So if you make a reservation here beware, they may change their price and leave you stuck.

Could have been a 5 with overall spacious room but poor service and cleaning dropped it down. Desk person handed me a key, had to ask the room number (on back of Key). Had to go back for wifi pass. No information given w/o asking. Needed to blue light room to clean pet urine. Wife fell in tub.

The Sandman Motel is a great place to stay in Libby, MT! For a very reasonable price, our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a king bed, and a little kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. There was also a comfy easy chair. Checking in and out was quick and easy. This motel is good for visiting Kootanai Falls.

The beds were good but a little hard. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. No breakfast. No elevator. The check in process was quick and without problems. It was car show weekend so the place we usually stay at was booked months back.
