去皮草城，提前去住一夜，在後麪的一條街，周圍沒什麼商户，前台在樓上，辦理入住的長髮的小妹妹態度很好，因為帶父母住，想找離門口近一點少走路並且挨着的兩個房間，也給幫忙安排了。床品乾淨，屋子裡有空調，晚上開着睡不冷。讓人氣憤的是，辦理入住時中途來個“一刀切”短髮的女的，拽得跟****似的，頤指氣使的，在那指揮，嘰嘰歪歪的，態度極差，那種愛住不住的語氣，怎麼我這個要簡單的要求，兩個挨着的房間，超出你能力範圍了？如此態度，真不適合服務行業！要不是父母在，不想折騰他們，我轉身就想走人，常出門入住酒店，還第一次遇到態度這麼差的服務人員，真是差勁！！！

GGuest UserIt was an amazing stay! We stayed in a family room for three people, and the overall experience was comfortable, elegant, and luxurious—definitely worth the money. The sub-room is separated by a partition and soundproofed, and it even has a bay window with a tea table and cushions, creating a truly stylish atmosphere. The main room's king-size bed is spacious enough for three people. The bedding is high-quality, with a very soft cotton feel. There are two pillows, and the latex one is incredibly comfortable and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas and is very well-equipped, with high-quality amenities. There are many smart features, such as the toilet, lighting, and curtains. There's a free porridge stall in the evening, but I didn't try it because I was on a diet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the environment was clean and elegant, meeting my needs for a diverse, Eastern-Western breakfast. The front desk service was particularly impressive. When I called to inquire, they provided information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, they helped with my luggage and assisted with any special needs I might have for refrigerated items. They were proactive and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. After this stay, I've fallen in love with both Atour's hardware and software, and will definitely choose Atour next time I travel. Thank you for your service, thank you very much!

However, the service staff's proactive service awareness needs to be improved, and they are not meticulous and enthusiastic in answering guests' questions. The underground parking is free but they don't actively remind you, which causes unnecessary trouble. There are few commercial facilities around, but more cultural facilities. There is a typo on the afternoon tea sign. Is it really juice or fruit juice?

The room amenities are also quite old, with nicks on the chairs and unsightly marks on the carpet. While the sanitation department seems to be doing its best, the situation has been complicated by the pandemic, and the situation hasn't fully recovered. There aren't enough staff. The large courtyard is pitch black at night, and even if you want to take a walk, you can't go too far from the lobby lights. The water temperature is just right, without the need for cooling. The showerhead isn't very satisfying. The breakfast selection is decent, but the taste is mediocre, especially the coffee, which is terrible. The toaster is one of the oldest models and burns easily. The room isn't very soundproof, and guests opening and closing their doors in the middle of the night are very noisy. I don't understand why such a valuable natural resource is being wasted like this. It's a shame.
