Really a treasure hotel. The environment is good and the staff has a high sense of service. With children, go to the restaurant on the second floor to eat at night. The dishes are large and taste good, and the ingredients are not fooled. My husband called their chef directly 👍 The only downside is that the toothbrush is equipped with two in a room. Our family of three stayed in and asked the hotel for a toothbrush. The hotel said that it would charge! This is the first time I have encountered this situation. Don't lose in the details of such a big hotel. Overall a pleasant stay!

The hotel has complete facilities and a strong sense of technology. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary, and the gym is free. However, the service staff's proactive service awareness needs to be improved, and they are not meticulous and enthusiastic in answering guests' questions. The underground parking is free but they don't actively remind you, which causes unnecessary trouble. There are few commercial facilities around, but more cultural facilities. Very satisfying stay experience, it is a surprise to have such a quality online hotel in this small city of Liaoyang. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the White Tower, about ten minutes walk to the train station, and several major attractions can also be reached. The room facilities are quite new, and the quality is online, and there are some careful small designs in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows use a slow-return latex cushion, which greatly improves comfort. The toilet light is inductive, but it seems to be a bit lagged, and it feels not as good as traditional. In terms of service, check-in and check-out efficiency are quite high, nothing wrong.

The hotel facilities are outdated and the appearance is damaged in many places. I have been here once in 5 years. This time I came here as before, and the facilities have not changed at all. It is not recommended to play on weekdays, there are few tourists, and the open pools are less than half. Only when there are many people on holidays, the hot spring pool is only open 7.8%, and less than half of it is visited on weekdays.
