酒店前台差的不得了，一根筋，定了6個房間，開始説一定要按金1800，300一間，溝通不下，後來我們叫她和領導彙報，領導當然同意押800好了，前台服務員就開始不服氣性質，故意接電話慢慢辦理，而且帶報復，在字條上寫我們次日早上含單找，衹能一個人吃，（定的是含雙早的），訂的豪標房間故意拿特價差的房間給，都在電梯口，非常吵，房間衞生差，服務態度差，設施差，衞生一般，

實在是太困了也沒有拍照片，總體上還算好，很多年沒有回老家了也算滿意吧，提點建議，衞生間應該有防滑墊，洗澡的話尤其是有長者太不方便了，
