房間很冷，前台就1個人，洗浴水很涼，帶父母出去玩，本想洗温泉暖和一下，太失望了，凍夠嗆，很失敗的一次出行

毛髮太多了，浴缸 地毯上 被子還有污漬 讓客房服務送東西 房掃拉拉個臉好像欠她的 前台也是 沒有外賣機器人 前台不給送 讓自己下去拿 前台也沒有微笑服務 挺嚴肅的 500多一宿不便宜啊 酒店就這服務嗎 裝修重歐式 挺老的 拍照打卡還是可以的

千萬不要住斜頂特價房，太差了太差了，跟監獄差不多，窗户不大一點，還好高，和圖片不符，温泉水臟的不行，混濁的不像樣，泳池水温很低，整體差評，前台服務不錯

來過幾次了，之前都是冬天，十一期間室外温度就還行，去室外體驗了下，開的池子不多，人也都分散開了。室內基本都開着，有一個薑黃池子，温度一直38℃，適合孩子，就一直沒換，玩了兩天。這家沒有淘氣堡，所以從來沒去過休息室。酒店房間很大，很乾凈，保潔會吸塵！酒店早餐人挺多，有牛奶，咖啡是粉沖的，沒喝。麪包很一般，餛飩麪也一般，不過這個價位，就還行。晚餐餐廳可以單點，肉三鮮餃子自己包的，很好吃，拔絲三品非常拉絲！酒店服務效率比之前有所提升！
