The lake view room I booked included a Ferris wheel for two people and breakfast. I was very satisfied with the two-day experience. The service staff at the front desk patiently answered my questions and handed me hand towels and drinking water. The service was professional, thoughtful and enthusiastic. I rode the Ferris wheel. Although I am from Tianjin, this Ferris wheel is not new to me, but as a free ticket from the hotel, it is also a great value experience. The breakfast is rich in variety, and Guada is even better than that Internet celebrity. The hotel is in a good location, in the center of the ancient city, a 1-minute walk from Guangyue Tower. I booked it in advance with Ctrip, and I paid a 200 yuan deposit at the store. The room was quite big, with a complete set of sofas and stools. Four or five people could sit in the room. Let me talk about the service. It was around 10 pm. I wanted to blow dry my hair after taking a shower. It was less than two seconds after I plugged it in, and the hair dryer stopped working. It should be overheat protection, but I had just turned it on for less than two seconds. I contacted the front desk, and the staff took it away and said they would see if they would replace it. It took about 20 minutes in total. When they brought it back, they told me that it was working. If it was too hot, I could take off the front hair dryer head. Then I plugged it in, and it stopped working again after two seconds. I took the hair dryer to the front desk, and the staff who had just taken the hair dryer tried it and said that there was no way, the room was full, there were no extra hair dryers, and then there was no more. He kept talking to himself and said that there was no way. There was no apology or solution during the whole process. When I got angry, another staff contacted a hair dryer and sent it to the room. I was speechless. Such a big hotel didn't even have a spare hair dryer. Faced with such an emergency, this was the way to deal with it. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay.

The venue is clean and easily accessible, the elevators are fast and their breakfast menu was great. The staff is very friendly and check in procedure was fast.

Cora was very helpful and friendly and smiley, her English is good and she made the check in process very pleasant and straight forward even though we got there around 1pm. I highly recommend this hotel and hope you get Cora as the first face to assist you.

Excellent hotel with competent and friendly staff members waiting to greet you. The bed is very soft and comfortable and the view from the window is spectacular! The staff really do a great job of making you feel welcome. Special thanks to Herman, who answered all my questions and escorted me to my room personally. The level of service is perhaps the best I've encountered in China.
