房間沒有電話，沒有反鎖。洗手間衞生紙一卷非常薄，沒有多給一卷。房間不知為什麼蚊子多，插了電蚊香也沒用，被咬。早飯還湊合，不是自助。總體來説，個人感覺一般。。。

地處於聊城市水上古城景區核心，距離光岳樓，聊城縣署很近。接壤城市主幹道東昌路，鐵塔商圈，地理位置好。 客房採用原木輕奢風格，管家服務周到熱情。有迎賓水果零食，離開的時候還給了一個小包包，外出附近很熱鬧，吃飯逛街都很方便。

位置非常好，在古城中央，步行去光岳樓等景點非常方便。服務人員熱情周到。建議衞生間安裝能掛毛巾的設施。離着海源閣比較近，民間藝術愛好者表演節目的聲音比較大，有點影響睡覺，但這也不是酒店的問題。
