酒店的服務態度非常不好，住的時候落下了一個重要的物品，離店以後打掃衞生的阿姨給打電話説有東西落下了，記得及時來取，因為時間忙，忘記了，後面過了一段一段時間記起來的時候再去拿的時候，酒店直接説找不到了，我記得當時阿姨説是放在前台的，我就想問，才過去了十天半個月，是不是酒店超過一天的物品就不保存了，還是你們的工作人員已經據為己有了，雖然説落下東西是我自己的問題，但是後面你們既然找到了，如果要丟，可以提醒一下不，酒店的服務態度就是這樣的嗎？
